Dyllan was great today, gave a decent eta and wasn’t far from it. Clean tidy and explained all that was done

After my service was done yesterday my boiler was leaking from the tap where you fill the boiler, had to ring a shade greener to report this. I must say I was very impressed as they got a lovely man named Dom to come out within a hour and a half. This man was so helpful and is the only one that has ever put shoe covers on his shoes. He showed my home total respect, not many work men do this. All my carpets are expensive and cream.
He got the job done in no time at all. Thankyou Dom, I wish there was more like you

Dom attended my home address and was able to identify the fault straight away. He explained fully how to operate the new panel. He was very polite throughout the repair.

Our engineer Dom was on time, he serviced our boiler explaining what he was doing, and answering any questions we had. When he was finished he made sure that the area he was working in was left clean and tidy

After an issue with my boiler, I rang to report. Rebecca I spoke to could not be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we was able to fix over the phone. Now a very happy customer ☺️

Morning Dom has been a few times to service the boiler he fitted a new controller for my boiler and have had no issues as before that I had plenty ! He explains fully what he has done ! And cleans up after himself ! Nice friendly guy

Our annual service carried out on time, quickly and very efficiently by the engineer, Dom. Good to have notification of when he would be arriving

Had someone out as not had hot water for few days, engineer came to repair and do full service.
I came home from work to find stil got no hot water and still broken

Dom was friendly and chatty. Explained what was happening and why. Work carried out promptly and efficiently. Lovely guy and a pleasure to have doing the service.

Had an error today no hot water. Went through the basic checks with the team, engineer Dom dispatched same day. Great engineer, sorted the problem quickly. Explained everything and left the area clean and tidy. Did my service at same time so one less thing to worry about. One happy customer
