Took 7 months to finally get a date for…
Took 7 months to finally get a date for my panels removing in order to get a new roof . They were really meticulous about the scaffolding being installed correctly at the back and side of the house, after paying extra for the scaffolding to be done to their specifications the men that came went up the scaffolding at the front of the house much to my annoyance. Their emails were worded quite impolitely as well .When they finally came the lads that came did a good job but the build up to it all was horrendous I wish we hadn’t got the solar panels now

Worst costumer service I have ever dealt with
This is about customer service well the lack of. We have a dead bird under our panels as the agreement says we are not allowed to touch or modify in any way. All we have asked is the bird be removed and bird protection fitted to stop it happening again. If they were my panels this is what I would do but not allowed under their contract. All they have done on any communication is spout the legal this and legal that. Seems this will not make any difference with their attitude they don’t care less
