THEY TOOK OVER MY PROPERTY TO SELL ON MY BEHALF. IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG FOR THEM TO FIND ME A BUYER. THEY HAVE BEEN CORPORATIVE AND HELPFUL AS THE SALE PROCESSES WERE ON GOING.

LOTTIE, THE SALES REP HAS BEEN VERY INSTRUMENTAL, CHASING BOTH THE BUYER AND SELLER TO PUSH THE TRANSACTION OVER THE LINE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

Popped into ask about a property and was very impressed with their customer service, knowledge and help in looking for a house, if i decide to sell my home i will be definitely using them. I also asked advice about selling a rental property we have, as I was tired of managing it myself with all the Landlord requirements now, it's a minefield making sure you are all upto date with legislation. Amy the Sales & Lettings director actually takes the time to speak with clients! She’s knowledgeable & even told me which of my portfolio not to sell yet as I wouldn’t achieve the correct money. All the other agents I spoke to told me to put them all on, which is obviously in their interest and not the best advice for me as a client. Amy advised Ashbrookes can manage works to get my property up to the best standard to sell & where my next purchases for Holiday let’s should be. Excellent knowledge.
