Ashbrookes is the best apartment agency I have ever worked with. Their team is highly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment for my needs and budget.
I was especially impressed with how quickly and efficiently they were able to help me. I contacted them on a Monday and was able to move into my new apartment by the following Friday. They handled all of the paperwork and logistics for me, which made the process completely stress-free.
I would highly recommend Ashbrokes Agency to anyone looking for an apartment in the Uk. They are the best in the business!

Beware! Unethical Housing Agency Engaging in Deposit Retention Tactics
I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with this agency, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience to warn others about their unethical practices. As a student, I entrusted them with my housing needs, only to be taken advantage of when it came time to retrieve my deposit at the end of my tenure.
They find ways & means to retain students' hard-earned money. Throughout my tenancy, I took great care of the property, adhered to all agreed-upon terms, and left the place in the same condition as when I moved in. Despite this, I was stunned to discover that they were attempting to withhold a significant portion of my deposit without any valid justification and on top of it telling me that I must pay council tax as a student.
It is clear that the agency prioritizes profit over integrity and customer satisfaction. Their disregard for ethical business practices and their unwillingness to engage in fair and transparent dealings are deeply concerning. I strongly advise anyone considering renting through this agency to proceed with caution.
