Just another Chinese scamming company. DO NOT BUY FROM. It is very unlikely you will receive any product you order from them. They do not reply to their emails. I don’t know how companies like this are allowed to advertise on sites like Google, with so many negative reviews, all saying the same thing. I just wish I had read the reviews, before I parted with £45.

THIS COMPANY IS TO BE AVOIDED AT COSTS. Don't even think about ordering from them. The coat I ordered at the beginning of November for £53 has never arrived. I'm sure now that the quality would have not matched the photo.
The company take your money then just ignore you. No tracking or delivery information. THEY ARE THIEVES.

I ordered two wool blend coats at the beginning of November 2025, this order was confirmed by the company, by email, on the 7/11/25, saying the order would take 10 to 14 working days, monies for this order was taken from my account on the 11/11/25….as you have probably guessed, I have nothing to show heard anything from this company since, no delivery of goods ordered, no emails in reply to my emails asking for refunds,,,I feel so stupid, didn’t use my credit card, and am now £107 = 97p out of pocket, which I can really not afford.
I am just so angry with this company, and, myself, I could scream!!!!!

My mum ordered a jacket from here. 34 days in and nothing received, as of yet. Tracking is showing the product is in China, where it has been since day 1 . Initially received a reply or two, which all seemed like delay tactics (similar to a few other posts here - "delivery issues that we, unfortunately, were not informed about in advance" / "Please be assured that your parcel is still on its way" / "We will forward your request to our logistics department")

No replies received as of late. Phone number always goes straight to voicemail, no matter what time of day you call.

Currently none the wiser about whether the product is on its way, or not. Or, if it will ever arrive.

I ordered a coat on the 8th November, I am as of 10th December still awaiting delivery of this item. I have contacted them three times the first twice they blamed a shipping problem I am still waiting for the third response. This to my dismay is obviously a scamming company who a re very quick to take the money but not deliver the goods.

Zero star… wasted money on an order I expect will never arrive. Sent numerous emails, received no response. Can’t understand how they are getting away with it???

Wish I could give zero stars. Like many others , I ordered an item mid Oct 25 and to date have received nothing. I was initially told I would receive a refund but that was over 6 weeks ago . My fault for not reading the reviews before I ordered. A scam company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Honestly speaking , not even a 1 star point, this company is not merited at all! I have no option but to select 1 star to get my review and warning to the public publish via this review portal.
I am flabbergasted to see how come a company like this is able to operate and to continue deceiving the online shoppers. I bought a winter coat at the end of October and until this very moment, there's no sign of any delivery!! I emailed them after I came back from the hospital with stress disorder and hypertensive illness only to get a reply with no definitive date when it will be delivered. I reiterated that I am ill and the lengthy time and uncertainty of my order is making my illness worse. Still I did not get any assurance that there is a hope for the winter coat to arrive. I am totally disappointed and felt let down. All I could say is stop operating and stop fooling people with your false advertisement, you don't deserve the applause and be called as a reputable company![

Absolute scam.
Ordered £65 worth of Boots on the 1st of October and it’s now the 7th of December and still haven’t arrived.
I have emailed them multiple times with no response.
I called their phone number and it says not known so I won’t connect through to the call
They seem to just be ignoring every form of communication and I still haven’t got the Boots.
It said nothing about them coming from Germany, when I placed the order it said 5 to 7 working days.
Do not order from this company!!!

Ordered a pair of trainers for £50 at end of September nd they still haven’t arrived and I have emailed 4 times for a refund, and absolutely no response at all from them. Surely with so many people complaining companies in this day and age can’t get away with this? All I want is my refund!!

If I could give no stars I would, waited weeks for delivery and when it actually came, rubbish material, bad fit etc. The returns were even worse, it cost me even more money- just excuse after excuse! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Scammers. based in Germany or Spain def not London. Presently trying to reclaim money back through credit card company as goods never arrived and are not answering E-mails. These really should be avoided be warned.

Item returned as per their instructions on 06/10/2025. Sent back to the Netherlands costing £14.00. No reply from Ashford Clothing. Item finally returned to myself. This Company is a scam. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY !!

Can I not put a star? I have placed an order on October 16 and until now I have not received it. I kept following it up and support team said it was a problem with dispatch. When I send emails now, automatic reply mentioning my email contains a virus. It's been nearly 2 months and I have not received any item. It feels all scammy

I usually check every clothing line’s reviews before making a purchase, but on this occasion, I must have made an impulsive decision.

The images on your website are always enticing, but when I received my order - totaling nearly £100 - I was shocked.

Firstly, none of the items were my size; they were all too small. Words cannot describe the stark difference between what was advertised online and what I actually received - deep sigh.

It took weeks to receive a response via email, which included a returns address in the Netherlands that doesn’t even exist. After purchasing an international label, the parcels were returned to me by Royal Mail from UK customs. I am beyond words.

I need you to provide the correct returns address immediately. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to the standards organisation, as this appears to be a scam.

Not terrible but not satisfactory either. Feels like the brand focuses on style more than the quality and comfort

I received my order behind schedule and one product was left out . It was sorted out afterward but it wasn't a quick process

I ordered a dress that arrived after about 4 weeks, it didn’t even look like what I had ordered as the quality was so poor. I paid £16 to return it with Royal Mail as per Ashford Londons instructions and it was returned to me a month later after it was refused at customs. Never order from this scam company

Ordered a blazer from Ashford Clothing – website looks UK-based with “Free UK delivery”, but returns must be sent to the Netherlands (not clearly stated).
I followed their instructions, paid £9.80 to return it, and after a month the parcel came back to me with no refund.
Lost both the item and postage.
Misleading policies and very poor customer experience.
