The worst quality ever. The colour wasn’t even the same. I ordered a trench coat and came all wrinkled and not as shown in the picture. The quality of the product is terrible.

Shipping confirmed the day after order placed
One week later; nothing
Two weeks later; nothing
Three weeks later; nothing
Four weeks later; nothing
Arrived after one month and two days . . but
Glasses were not polarized, as advertised, Merely tinted - (Sale of goods act issue).
Had to pay for shipping return back to Holland
Waiting over a month now for a refund

Do not order from this company. I ordered two items which one was late delivery by two weeks, false advertisment online of the item. Then the other still have not received. Apparently they have delivery issues which was never relayed back to me until I chased the items up, very poor customer service. I still till this date not received one of my items. I am in contact with the team. Say they will contact within 48hrs, it has taken 4+ days for a response. Still battling to solve the issue now. I am a very unsatisfied customer and will not be ordering from this sight again. As it has taken nearly a whole month to receive my items.

I’d rather give no stars and I’m disappointed in myself for not realising where delivery would come from. I ordered a pair of boots that are shockingly made and look like plastic not leather. I paid for a return and the item was at customs in the Netherlands, I updated Ashforfds to deal with this and they replied to tell me they were away from the office. They haven’t contacted customs to get my parcel and I have just received it back today, so now I’m out of pocket for the boots and also the extra postage I’ve paid to return it. This has taught me to check reviews before buying from any new site.

I like the style but the sizes run a bit smaller than usual, had to return one shirt because it did not fit right

The designs are unique. I shall give them that, but material felt a bit thin. I expected something a little sturdier

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering! Do not be fooled, Ashford Clothing London, is nowhere near London! When you want to return their overpriced cheaply made products you have to return them to the Netherlands at your own cost. The boots I got were nothing like the photo on the website and didn't even come in a box

Boots were poor quality and didn't look like the photos on their website. Also, the company presents itself as being London-based but it's not even in the UK. The item shipped from the Netherlands and took 3 weeks. Then, when I returned the boots due to the poor quality, I had to pay the return postage and a customs fee and as a result am getting back less than 25% of what I paid!

If I could go 0stars I really would, I ordered a pair of shoes on 21st September and still to this date apparently they are having issues with the distribution company.
Always trying to pass the blame and wouldn’t issue a refund.
I had to contact my bank and seeking legal action to get this SCAM company off all media platforms.

Shipping process took loner time than it was told, and the updates were kind of slow. The jacket I ordered is not bad though

The clothes looked really cool online, But in person they did not feel as high quality as I expected.

Zero stars, absolutely awful product, customer service, refund process and entire misleading intent from start to finish. I ordered a stylish looking top and I got a jumpsuit so poorly made you would expect it to be in a plastic bag in a fancy dress shop. They give the impression they are a London based company and after you have paid, they tell you it's going to be 30+ days delivery.
When you try to return the poor quality wrong item, they tell you that you must pay to post it back to the Netherlands tracked delivery before they'll consider a refund.
Never using again, will tell anyone who will listen how diabolical they are.

Absolutely criminal company. All pics are clearly AI. Owners of the website probably couldn’t locate London on a map. Clothing quality is complete shite. All comes from China and poorer than Shein quality. I’ve put the £50 I spent on a coat for my wife down as an idiot tax. I should’ve read the reviews.

Absolutely disgraceful shoes were rubbish and when I returned they refused the delivery so not only have I lost my money for the shoes also had to pay to send back to Netherlands!!! Do not use this company they just ignore your emails

I ordered clothes from this company thinking they made good clothes and were a UK company. The clothes took many weeks to come and came from an unspecified foreign country through customs. They were totally different from the image on the website and totally unsuitable. I ordered burgundy men's shirts and got floaty pink ladies shirts.

The company said they would only refund if I could send the items back to them in the Netherlands and find a way to do it that doesn't require them to pay customs charges. I send the items and was very careful to mark them as a return and from the Netherlands. In spite of this, customs charges were demanded and the company refused to pay, so the clothes are being returned to me.

I have lost a lot of money on these items and have no way to return them.

I'm sorry but I think this company is not honest and I would definitely not buy from them again.

Please avoid at all cost. Delivery takes long and dresses are poor quality. If you want to return, it’s even not a London company, it’s in Netherlands and they expect you to pay for shipping.

Terrible clothes and if you turn the item you pay £14 to return it then it gets returned back to you, you email them and you do not get a reply back.

Do not buy!

I’m disappointed with my experience with Ashford Clothing. The item I received did not match the photos or quality shown on their website, and when I returned it, I wasn’t refunded the full amount I paid.

Their website promises “30 days hassle-free returns,” but my experience was far from that. Communication was slow, and I had to chase them for updates multiple times.

I hope the company improves transparency about product quality and refund processes, as this kind of customer experience does not reflect a professional online retailer.
