Beware! Took 1 month to arrive, requested return, 1 month later got return address - I must pay return, it's in Holland! I must pay export duty, appalling customer service, AVOID!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS FRAUDULENT!!! My 84 year old mother purchased 2 coats, one she has not received. The coat she received today is absolutely disgusting! Cheap, shoddy item, not worth a penny. One coat was £66.50 and the other was £59.99. She has emailed them over 7 times and still no response. This company needs closing down they are criminals! If I could have given zero stars I would. Horrible crooks!!!

This company is hiding behind their logo I got sucked in and placed a large order over 3 weeks ago. The tracking was not updated and I emailed nothing back and I noticed a Gmail address until the penny dropped. My bank was on it and got my money back for me. ⚠️⚠️ avoid ⚠️⚠️

Product not leather as advertised 100% polyester! It looks cheap and it’s a horrible nasty product. No shape too big it’s disgusting!!!

I requested cancellation a few hours after I ordered! She lied said it had been despatched. It didn’t leave warehouse for another few days!!

Ordered a coat for my wife's birthday should have been a wool blend and fully lined when it came after 19 days coat was made from polyester and spandex no lining i would not pay £5 for total rubbish no refund lable please stay away scam scam

I would give it 0 starts if I could. This company is a scam and should be shut down. I ordered some shoes which arrived 6 weeks later. When they finally showed up they were not at all what they advertised. Black glossy heels came and they were felt with ties that can only be described as tinsel. Absolutely shocking. Do not use this company. NOT LEGIT

Rubbish scam site ... boots took a month to arrive were £54 and said half price , when they arrived they were poor quality and not even worth £5 ... shocking avoid avoid ... fortunately my bank refunded my money no quibble

Another company that sells low quality items and if you want to return them you have to cover all the costs in postage and customs to the Netherlands.

I bought a jacket, it was far far too small. Obviously faulty, not at all cut to size. I feel utterly ripped off.

This company is a total scam. I bought a shirt they send me a different one cheap quality. When I want to return it they asked me to send it to Netherland which cost me £25 . And more over on discounted items they don't give refund. So beware everyone.

Lucky to even get 1 star.
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes that looked nothing like the photos, tried to return them which cost me an additional £19.00 as it’s international. This was over a month ago and still no refund or any response from the company. Scammers

Avoid this company like the plague!!! You end up with some cheap Chinese shite that doesn’t even resemble what you ordered! 23/9/25 I ordered, first week in October one jacket turned up and 18th October the other arrived! OMG I wished they hadn’t bothered! They may as well be called Richard Turpin, it’s like robbery in broad daylight!!!!! I will not be shopping on this site ever again and hope no one else does either!!!!

Total rubbish - stay away from these crooks!
Never buy from this company - they are crooked. They sent the wrong item and are now asking me to send item back internationally at my own cost to get a refund. They said I would only receive a refund if I sent item back at my own cost! This is unacceptable when they made the mistake!

I will tell my credit card company and get a charge back immediately. I will return item only if they provide me with prepaid postage label.

Also the item is very very poor quality.. You are basically buying cheap Temu style Chinese import registered in Germany and posting from Netherlands. Total scam, stay away from this stuff and let as many people know as possible. The police should arrest these crooks and shut this down.

I would give them 0 stars. A rogue company impersonating as a London company. Items received after 30 to 35 dsys and cery very poor quality. Returns not processed at all. I am raising a dispute with my banks now. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Had a small issue with tracking, and Daniel from the support team helped me locate my parcel at a courier service point. Really appreciated the assistance– turned frustration into relief.

The dress looks easy and feels soft just like the photos. It tool quite a while to arrive though so I wish delivery was quicker

Terrible experience with this company and it is still ongoing. I ordered a jacket for my Mum's birthday - this took around 5 weeks and did not arrived in time for her birthday. When the jacket finally arrived in a small bag (A4 sized), it was so badly creased. I think the only way these creases might be able to be removed is by an industrial steamer. I was so disappointed I had no alternative than to return the jacket. I communicated with customer service who provided the return details and I was told in writing that once the item was returned I would get a full refund. Item was returned on 4 August and after weeks passed and no refund, I sent an email with tracking details as Ashford Clothing had received the jacket. I was then offered a 40% refund and to keep the item. I had already paid £13.plus for postage. I declined their offer and again asking for a full refund in accordance with their policy. To date (18 Oct), despite several emails, I have received no response. This is a terrible company and I would advise everyone "PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GOODS FROM ASHFORD CLOTHING. The items might look good on their website please do not use them.

Items don’t come or get delayed and arrive totally different to what they meant to look like
Quality is very poor
Avoid at all costs
They don’t reply if you ask for refund
Best to go show up at the offices than to keep emailing them as they don’t look at giving refunds
