We shopped around looking at different Kitchen suppliers and decided to go with Ashley Ann in Glasgow as Jill the designer was a good listener and managed to combine both the very different ideas that my husband and I had.

The design process was easy, Jill was very patient with our changes in designs and after a few visits to the show room Jill came up with our dream kitchen, which included knocking down a wall into our dining room.

We were given a date to start the job and Ross the fitter arrived bang on time – we were very pleased with Ross’s workmanship and attention to detail. Throughout the project he was extremely tidy, communicative and punctual.

There was one issue with our stone worktop which was dealt with swiftly and professionally by the Ashley Ann team.

The finished job looks amazing and we are using our home in a completely different manner – we are delighted

We have no hesitation in recommending Jill and the Glasgow team.

My wife and I popped in one rainy Saturday in March this year, and met Gavin for the first time. We had a pretty informal chat about the company, their products and services, and agreed to send some pictures of our kitchen so that Gavin could look at what the options were.
Couple of more formal meetings, and after some suggestions around colours, styles and what would work for us, we agreed on a design and date for installation.
Joiner John and Gavin carried out a site visit, then the rip out started, followed by delivery and installation.
Most of the installation was done within the first week, worktops were next, followed by our AGA being altered to suit the new colours. Bit of plastering done, lights in units fitted, and all work completed to a very high standard, over a 3 week period or so.
Absolutely delighted with the finished product, it is exactly what we were looking for, and had been in the planning for 3 years!
I would absolutely recommend Gavin and Ashley Anne to anyone considering a new kitchen. We had quotes and designs from other companies, and have to say for the standard of quality and value for money, we are totally satisfied with our final choice 😁

So pleased with our kitchen we bought from Ashley Ann, Gavin led us through from start to finish and still helping us with a couple of after fit adaptions we wanted to do. Delivery was when we needed, we had to delay by one week due to the building work on our extension but this was no problem for Ashley Ann. We used our own fitter, I’m a site manager and he was full of praise for the finish and quality of the units. We had several visits to finalise our kitchen and thank you Gavin for your patience and last minute adaption because of mix up with sizes, it worked out really well in the end up. Everyone who has seen kitchen has been very impressed. Would def recommend Ashley Ann to anyone who is looking for bespoke kitchen.

every aspect was made very simple and easy - from initial visit to show room, to house visit to make plan, and then organising fitting.

We dealt with Allyson at the Leek branch. Very knowledgeable, she took us through the whole process (bathroom renovation) and made suggestions and subtle changes where necessary. There were a few minor hiccups (when are there not) during renovation but these were soon sorted. Would thoroughly recommend.

Helpful and friendly assistance and advice during the planning stage followed by top quality workmanship during the installation. Would highly recommend.

Friendly professional service from start to finish. Carrie-Ann was excellent and kept us informed throughout the installation of our new kitchen. Their recommended professional kitchen fitters, Steven Sneddon, were also fantastic. Overall I would highly recommend Ashley Ann.

Excellent service from start to finish. No pressure during planning and once order placed we were kept well informed of progress. Installation was clean and efficient and end result excellent. Minor snagging items also dealt with promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

cabinet quality and choice is excellent and Tammy's help and patience was limitless. The building team (Sneddon Builders and Joiners) were amazing - a full kitchen and bathroom in a week ! Steven, Chris, Brian and Alan were courteous, knowledgeable and very skilled - a wonderful Can Do, hard working team. A great fit - we are delighted.

I do not recommend Ashley Ann (Glasgow branch). Issues from day one with quality of installation, we are now 5 weeks without a working kitchen (no hot water as taps fitted incorrectly, scratches to new appliances, worktops incorrectly fitted, air vents blocked… i could go on). Constantly told things will be fixed and issues resolved. Designer Gavin now on leave and no apparent handover so have had to visit the showroom today as calls never returned. Someone new now needs two weeks to review. Manager on leave as well. Shambles of a company, poor quality kitchen, poor care and attention to installation and zero customer service. STAY WELL CLEAR

From initial visit through to completion of the works, Tammy in the Stirling branch has been brilliant; friendly, professional and always quick to answer any queries/great communication. The design she created for my bathroom is amazing, and now it’s finished I am absolutely delighted. Stevie, Chris and Alan were a pleasure to have in the house for 6 days to do the actual install. Courteous, clean and tidy, and just generally great, the finish is outstanding. Would highly recommend. Thanks

The stages were clear, from choosing the items we required, designing to fitting and time frame. All were kept to, with us knowing from the onset cost. Add to this first rate fitting and excellent after sales service.
We have a kitchen we are proud of and delighted with.

The positives, the customer experience around the kitchen design process and then moving onto order was excellent. The attention to detail and customer service at this stage is first class.
The negative, I felt once the order
was placed, monies paid the communication and excellent
customer service stopped. I've not
had any contact from AA post install
(used own joiner) to ensure we were
happy with everything which I find
very dissapointing hence the 3 star review.

Beautiful refitted Bathroom

Carrie Ann was really helpful & professional without being pushy.. Contractors led by Steven were excellent. We’re delighted with the results. in our new bathroom.

We went out to find a local Scottish kitchen supplier, we wanted a no nonsense "we do it all for you" kind of company. So off we went and the company we went to see was closed, and we found Ashley Ann by accident, boy am I glad we did.
We went in we spoke with Mike, the local Stirling Manager and he said he would get the salesperson to give us a call and we met with Carrie Ann, duly contacted us we went in for a meeting and the design started. What made her stand out from Wren etc is that she designed what WE wanted, not what was convenient to them, as was the case with the bigger companies. The corner cupboards for example were made so they had two doors, and we could use the whole space rather than a pull-out contraption that lost a lot of space. It truly was a bespoke kitchen. Cost, it was not cheap, but not over the top either and you only get what you pay for. Enter Steven and his team, and boy were they good! They were excellent, in every conceivable way. Steven who was the project manager and lead fitter, managed the team with so much professionalism it was impressive to say the least. Nothing was too much. They stripped out the old kitchen, floor, tiles off the walls, replastered, laid new floor, and then came the kitchen. It was basically fitted within two and a half days, yes, we had a hiccup or two with some broken parts (which were replaced within six weeks), but it was left usable. This was all done believe it or not in six days. Would I recommend Carrie Ann and Steven (and his troupe)? 100% yes, good Scottish professional’s and you can find them in Stirling.
