Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was right

Fantastic and friendly service from start to finish. The showroom staff were excellent and Gemma, who handled the design and ordering process, was a pleasure to deal with. The intallation was executed professionally and to a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend Ashley Ann.

We've been super impressed with Ashley Ann from the moment we stepped through the showroom door we instantly felt they were the right company to work with. We were made to feel so welcome by Tammy and she really listened to our needs. Tammy's design definitely reflected this and was just what we were looking for (and more!) Tammy's guidance, suggestions, patience and professionalism throughout the process was outstanding and the team of fitters (Sneddon Joiners, Steven, Chris & the team) were just brilliant, very reliable and professional too. We were very impressed with their attention to detail. The entire fitting process was seamless, slick and quick and they were very tidy too, leaving the work area in the garage just as they found it. We highly recommend Ashley Ann and would urge anyone looking for new kitchen to visit the Stirling Showroom and chat with Tammy, you won't be disappointed.

We have just had our kitchen designed by Maria Zabihifard from the Edinburgh Office and fitted by Sara Kheradmand and her team from 168 Interiors, and we are very happy with the result. Maria provided a wonderful crisp design and encouraged us to reroute some of the pipeworks which we had not previously considered. In doing so it has made the kitchen feel much more spacious. The quality of the units is very high and the execution of the fitting process was superb. Everyone we came in contact with from Ashley Ann and 168 Interiors was focused on delivering a high quality product to the customer’s complete satisfaction and this they have certainly done. Thank you to all concerned. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Ashley Ann and 168 Interiors.

If you live in the Stirling area and want a high quality kitchen and exceptional service then make an appointment with Tammy the Sales Designer. Not only is Tammy a talented designer she also has a great ‘can do’ attitude. Nothing is too much trouble for Tammy. Tammy provided exceptional service throughout the process. This was coupled with an exceptional installation team. Jonny and Gavin (joiners), Derek (plumber) and William (electrician) did a fantastic job of installing the kitchen.
It’s a no brainer if you want great quality and exceptional service then visit the Ashley Ann Showroom in Stirling.

After having the kitchen designed, made and fitted nearly 3 years ago, we always knew we would be going back when it was time to have the bathroom renovated, and Allyson, and the team have surpassed expectations again! We had a clear idea of what we wanted, Allyson is a great designer and just understands us. Kept up to date every step of the way, when the skip arrived for the rip out and demolition we were ready! Shaun and the fitting team have done an amazing job bringing the design to life and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be going back again when it's time for the utility room to be gutted and re-designed. The units and fittings are just such great quality, really built to last. Fantastic products, fantastic customer service, happy customers.

Having got only one quote for a new kitchen before going to Ashley Ann we decided not to get the planned third quote as we were so impressed with the service we got on our first visit. Beth was so friendly, helpful and professional giving great advice and suggestions in planning what I wanted to include. We had prompt delivery and great service from a friendly professional fitting team all done in the estimated time. I have already recommended Ashley Ann to many friends

My joiner recommended the Stirling Branch - which was an excellent call! The staff were so helpful and patient through out the process from initial contact through to design, ordering, delivery and aftercare. No hurdles were too much for them. I love my kitchen and utility room - the units, the worktops, the choice of tiles and the technology.

From start to finish, the service with Ashley Ann was exceptional. The team listened carefully to my ideas and helped me design a kitchen that perfectly suits my home. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the quality of the materials and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations and is built to last. The friendly service and personal touch made the entire process a joy and I would definitely recommend Ashley Ann to family and friends.

We had a kitchen and utility room fitted by Ashley Ann in a new build house. We had very good and sensible advice from Terri in Inverness when choosing the design and appliances to help us stay within our budget. We changed our mind about some aspects a few times subsequently and the company was very accommodating regarding this. The communication by e-mail was excellent and all queries were answered promptly. There was also a very late addition to filling in a space above the fridge/freezer/tall cupboard and this was sorted too. We have been very pleased with the service we received.

The wardrobe fitters were excellent, very professional and hard-working. However the finish on the hand-painted doors on one set of wardrobes was flawed which the fitters noticed straight away. This was very disappointing, as new doors have had to be ordered. No problems with the shaker style wardrobes and bedside cabinets in the second bedroom, and they look very well and I am pleased with the quality.

We have recently moved into a property in Caithness Scotland, the kitchen in the property is an Ashley Ann kitchen, sadly we found the Range cooker in the property wasn't working so we went to Ashley Ann to ask if they could order one for us, we spoke to a very helpful chap "Richie" we gave him the cooker size we needed, he ordered the Range cooker for us straight away. We were told it would be a two week wait for delivery which was fine with us. We were kept informed of the progress of the cooker delivery by Richie and we were delighted when he called to say our cooker would be delivered a day early. We are very impressed and happy with the service we have received from Ashley Ann and would definatly recommend them.

Great service start to finish any issues promptly addressed and good communication

Gavins attention to detail, explanation and patience when designing my kitchen resulted in everything I looked for in an ideal kitchen. In addition the service I recieved from Ashley Anne staff and Christine the manager provided me with a great deal of comfort from start to completion. This is the 2nd kitchen Gavin has designed and installed for me. Because of the service I would highly recommend Ashley Anne.

From design sign off to delivery Gavin was excellent. Nothing was a bother to him and he ensured we were delighted with our Kitchen. We Have no hesitation in recommending Ashley Ann
