BEWARE OF ASHLEY FURNITURE

I paid $5,950.63 in cash to Ashley furniture on February 12, 2026 for a new bedroom set. Two weeks later, I contacted the Ashley furniture corporate office to ask where my furniture was. I was informed that they had no record of my purchase. I returned to the local store with the same inquiry, and they told me that I should receive the furniture sometime in April! Finding such a delay unacceptable, I requested a refund. They agreed to send me a check... In the amount of $5,450.63!!! I don't know what you think but, REALLY? $500 for cancellation of a dubious order? Imagine the amount of $ these criminals can aquire if they jilt a million customers with this scam. Oh yeah, we've got a lovely bridge we'd like to sell you!!!

Furniture Protection

I was sold a warranty to protect furniture from accidental and incidental damage and wear and tare. There was an issue that was repaired under the manufacturers warranty. I had issues with the furniture wearing out cushion covers are fraying and now look terrible. I thought no big deal I purchased the warranty that was all inclusive. That warranty i found goes through furniture protection, and they decided that they will not cover any repairs. I called Ashley and asked for a refund on the warranty and was told that it would be prorated. I explained that the first call they refused to repair anything! I asked for a full refund and was told that was not possible so basically if you purchase the warranty then you will be paying for nothing, The equivalent of paying for a mythical being like Santa Clause and they will keep your money and let you pay for some idiot to sit in there office and say you were paying for the coverage that never really existed.

WRONG ORDER/ DEFECTIVE ITEM

Initially I was told my furniture would be delivered Nov. 15th, i did not find out the delivery date was delayed until the day of. I kept calling the sales rep. Victor from the Kissimmee store (John Young Parkway) for assistance on the delivery and he would not return my calls or texts. The tv stand was not the color I ordered and there are scratches/ dents on the foot board of the bed. You can never speak to a person. I call the store and the 800 number and its extremely difficult to talk to someone. I had to email the support email, so I am waiting for assistance. Horrible sales rep. service. Victor ordered the wrong tv stand color. After he rec'd the commissioned he's done. No response. Horrible sales rep.!!

Disappointed!

Purchased a chair and matching ottoman 2 weeks ago. I was given a delivery date and time of 10-10-24 between 12pm and 2pm. I called to confirm the day prior to hear the time had been changed to 7:45am. No one took the time to give me a call to inform me of the change. WOW, what a way to run a business! I also paid cash in full. I spoke with 7 people regarding this issue and all I heard was "I'm so sorry." Guess what? I'm sorry too. This is my first purchase with Ashley in Henderson Nevada and it's my last. My purchase had better be delivered on time and in pristine condition. I want to move on with my life and spend my money with serious/reputable businesses. DISAPPOINTED!!

Incumplimiento

This company did no delivery on time, I pay extra money for old mattress( recycling )When calling the company they dad me more than hour on the phone without giving me a solution ever. the last time was on Friday, and today Tuesday I haven't solution. the mattress is out side the house ....I need a solucion soon. thank you

Update to CHW responseUpdate to CHW response

Had a technician to come out and look at my washer and guess what, it was what was originally documented that I proved being the mother board a s my washer has been doing great every since! So, whe should I keep CHW when I'm having to pay out of pocket anyway? Yep, I am definitely retiring them and relocating to better service in which I should have done my homework with before selecting CHW so I blame myself for that mistake but never again.

Do not buy thier warranty they misrepresent to get extra money

They sold my daughter a protection program for assurance of cleaning and scotch guarding. Noether worked. They bold-face lied, the furniture was not scotch guarded and when we went to try and get the cleaning the salesperson said we can do in the 5 years it was supposed to be covered, they ignored calls, never called back after requesting info for years. Finally, at the last year the cleaning was to be covered they told us to send a picture and then they make a decision on the claim...which never told us it would be a claim we needed to file, they lying salesperson in Winston Salem north Carolina store told us we would need to call and request a cleaning if a spot occurred and they come out and clean. Liar their pants should be on fire!. We paid an extra 500 for nothing. I will never buy from Asley furniture ever again. The quality was mediocre to boot.

HORRIBLE QUALITY, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We bought a sectional & bedroom set April 2018, i fell on love with the floor model and as we only had room for our family, not guests... I always wanted a sectional. Well over $3,500 and 3 months later our 1 connected part of the sectional completely collapsed to the ground when our (at the time) 5yo son plopped down on it. He was maybe 60lbs at the time & i was right there knowing he dis NOT do it hard. As i looked under cushions & ripped cloth, THERE WAS NO SUPPORT AT ALL!!!! Right away i called & sent pics etc. Then the next day moy son was stabbed by a staple on the arm of the chaise. Someone came out to inspect, telling us he put down for a new one, because it was completely malfunctioned, They would have to re fabric & install support which would cost more to fix than replace. We were fine with it other than it taking 5 weeks for the whole process. THEN THERE WAS JUST 1 VERY NICE MAN WHO CAME WITH THE FABRIC & INSTALLED SUPPORT WHICH ACTUALLY TOOK 3+ HOURS TO WATCH HIM DO. I WAS FURIOUS BUT IT WASN'T THIS MANS FAULT, HE DIDN'T EVEN WORK SPECIFICALLY FOR ASHLEY, THEY OUTSOURCED FOR THESE THINGS..!!! After all was said and done it had made the rest of thw couch feel weird. More comfy in other areas, feeling leas support... When called back, they decided to get very rude about basically scamming us. The whole time we were upset we didn't just go to our Raymour or even Bobs in our area... For the prices, we could've at least gotten alot bwtter quality then we thought. Now for the bedroom set, it's drawers are starti g to go off track. My bed is very unstable which means i need to get a steel box frame to go under it god forbid we fall to the ground, who knows anything can happen. The headboard is so wobbly- no matter if you tighten it or not.... I don't think i have ever been more disappointed in my life, especially considering this was my 1st full bedroom set purchased & sectional. DO NOT GO TO ASHLEY!!!! PAY EXTRA NEED BE OR YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!!!$$

In July 2020

In July 2020, we purchased a bedroom set and an ottoman. We were told the bedroom set will be delivered in 3 weeks(keeping our fingers and toes crossed for the bedroom furniture) and the ottoman will be delivered in two weeks.
The ottoman was delivered in about one and half weeks. IT WAS THE WRONG ottoman...NOTHING CLOSE TO THE OTTOMAN I ORDERED AND PAID FOR(My husband and I was at work when the ottoman was delivered...our adult daughter excepted the delivery). When my husband got home, he immediately saw that it was the INCORRECT ottoman and immediately contacted our sales person. SHE ASKED him to return the ottoman to the store...(my husband thought that was a little weird).
Two days later, he took time off work to do so. Upon arrival to the store, someone there told him that he shouldn't have returned the ottoman to the store and asked him to take the ottoman back home and it will be picked up by a delivery person. My husband was extremely confused and upset and he asked to speak with a manager. He was told that there's "no manager on duty".
Which he knew was a complete LIE!!! Needless to say, my husband left the ottoman at the store because that's the instruction that our salesperson gave him!!! When he left the store, he proceeded to contacted our salesperson on her cellphone NUMEROUS times. (Side note: During our initial visit to the store, after purchasing over $2,000 worth of furniture, SHE gave us her cellphone number AND asked that we personally contact her if we have any questions or want to make future furniture purchases).
She DID NOT answer any of my husband's calls and she DID NOT return his calls either. We later found out she blocked him from calling her (another extremely weird and unprofessional incident). About a week later, I called her from my cellphone...she answered my call IMMEDIATELY!!! I conversed with her and asked for the status of my ottoman purchase and I asked her why didn't she answer or return my husband calls or attempted to make sure we received the CORRECT ottoman that we purchased.
She began to raise her voice and gave me so many ridiculous excuses and explanations that DID NOT make ANY SENSE at all! As I continue to speak with her trying to get some resolution,...SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. What professional salesperson does that?!!! I have NEVER in my entire life experienced such UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL ,DISGUSTING customer service!!!
I have called the store several times, LONG hold time and no one answers or return calls even when voice messages are left. Till this day, my ottoman nor my refund is in my possession. I will go back to that store this weekend and trust me, someone there will get a piece of my mind. Word of advice!
If you value your money and time, DO NOT SHOP ASHLEY HOME STORE in Buford Georgia...PERIOD!!!
FATIMA, is the most UNPROFESSIONAL sales person with ZERO customer service etiquette!!! She need to take a course in Customer service 101.
User's recommendation: DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY HOMESTORE!!!
Preferred solution: DELIVERY AND APOLOGY.

NIGHTMARE!!!!!

My husband and I purchased a dining set from Ashley's Furniture in McDonough, Ga on June 14, with a delivery date scheduled for June 30th. Well....on the morning of the 30th, my husband gets a text with our delivery time window. We were stop number 12 and expected between 4:00-7:00. During the day I checked the progress of the delivery and it seemed they were making good time, I thought they were organized---what a joke!!! As time rocked on, no furniture, no text no call. About 7:15, nothing, so my husband checked the tracking window and our stop is marked DELIVERED! Needless to say there was no way to reach anyone at this point. The next morning we both were on the phone trying to reach an actual person. I looked on the corporate website and there is no web address, just a phone number and address---useless. I tried calling only to get the automated system and put on terminal hold. I tried the online chat, which had the "chat bot" and told me to call the store. I sent a text thru Facebook---a waste of my time. Finally someone in the delivery dept called my husband. No reason as to why we didn't get our furniture on the 30th as scheduled, but reschedule for the next day which was July 2nd. That morning we got the standard text with our delivery time and we were number 7 on the list, so I thought we stood a chance for them to actually show up. About 3:00, here comes the truck and guess what???---WRONG FURNITURE!!!!! So---back on the truck it goes and the driver calls the delivery hub/warehouse. I asked him if I could have the number to the warehouse but was told I would have to call the store. My husband comes home and I tell him the story and he is boiling at this point. Off we go to the store to cancel the whole transaction. On the way, a man named Jason called from the delivery dept to see what was going on. He was very courteous and seemed concerned. I briefly tell him my story and we were heading to cancel the whole thing. He asks if I would wait as he was going to try and get the furniture to us that evening. We still go to the store and speak to the salesman who sold us the set--Greg. He is nice when he is selling you a product, but there is no follow up after that point. He said we needed to speak to the office manager, who, is very nice and professional. She was calling delivery when Jason calls back to say he was bringing the set to our house but it may be around 7 or after. We let the office manager know and to hold off rescheduling delivery as if this didn't pan out we were going to get a full refund. I also told her I felt we should get a refund on the delivery fee as after 2 trys, we still had nothing. She agreed and the fee was refunded. We head for the house and a little before 7, here comes what looks to be a personal van and there is my furniture. It was brought in the house and set up with no problem. I really appreciated Jason going out of his way to do this. I love the dining set and am glad to finally have it. This was our first experience with Ashley's and also the last. There is a huge lack of communication between store and delivery and after the sale, there is no follow up. So, moral to this story, go somewhere else if you need home furnishings.

If I could give zero I would

If I could give zero I would. Bought so much new furniture, 1/2 never arrived. The entire set of bedroom furniture came damaged and it’s been 8 weeks now of no response, no help, no replacement nothing. It’s fraud at this point! Worst experience ever and biggest regret.

Never again

Never again. Rude, pushy, and don’t stand behind their warranty!! I have never been treated so badly. I will sit on the floor before I step foot in there again!!
