Ordered a mantel and arrived quickly and looked great, had a bit of an issue however. Contacted customer services and this was dealt with quickly with a replacement being sent in only a couple of days.
Really impressed with both the quality of the mantel and the response/customer service displayed.

Absolutely fantastic service. They sent the wrong size shelf and all it took was one phone call. The replacement was with us in a couple of days. The quality of the product is brilliant to.

We bought a floating shelf and absolutely loved the quality but the colour didn’t quite match an item it was going next to. I got in touch with Ashley Moore and sent a photo of what I wanted it to match and John and his Wax Technician were able to match the colour superbly. The wax technician did a fab job! John’s customer service was outstanding too. He was efficient with his communication and genuinely set out to achieve the best possible solution. I had a photo sent from John of the final shelf late afternoon and received the shelf just after lunch the next day! We loved it that much that we ended up buying 2 more shelves for our living room. Would highly recommend!

Prompt efficient service arrived well package prompt.
Excellent quality, they are sturdy therefore quite heavy and the shelves look fab.

Placing my order online was very easy, great communication from them to confirm receipt of my order and it was despatched within the week. Delivery was included in the price and the parcels tracked so I knew when it would arrive and make sure I was at home. The quality of the table is excellent and it looks fab in my living room. I'm overall very pleased with my purchase and the service I received.
