Ordered a new sofa for my new home. The staff was nice it was a bit pricey for what I remember furniture to cost

Ordered shelving on sale, they were happy to take my money but I never received the item! Company slashed all their prices to get as much money as possible before they went insolvent. I'm now trying to get a refund through Etsy. Disgraceful.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a shelf via Etsy which never arrived. There was a 6 week delivery wait but nearly 8 weeks later still nothing arrived. Etsy very professionally refunded me after I raised a case with them but seems a shame they are having to make up for a scam clearly being run by this furniture company. Absolutely awful.

Bought on Etsy - item never arrived. AVOID ! The company is now closed / possibly a scam.

Etsy has now given me a refund when I opened a case but had no communication from the seller when I tried to contact them.

Took my money then closed business!!!!! Raging 😡

Wish I'd done some more research. Bought off Etsy two months ago. Was happy with the long lead time, but had no communication at all. Tried to use Etsy chat and got a generic reply instantly.

Looking into it – until two days ago their website was down and the company is in liquidation. Weirdly they are now selling again (presumably illegally), but not on Etsy.

Clearly this was once a real company as they had photos from people who had purchased, but 25,000+ reviews on Etsy alone is very suspicious for bespoke furniture, let alone including their own web sales. The numbers are just too big.

Either way, avoid. You won't be getting any furniture and just losing money.

They took my money and have gone insolvent. Not going to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

paid for shelf money taken from my account, but never received shelf. They do not respond. I have since discovered they have gone out of business but still taking orders. DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

Very similar experience to everyone else...ordered some shelves but no sign of them after a couple of months. Contacted the company several times but just a generic "we're working to fulfil orders" autoreply every time. Etsy were great and processed the refund promptly.

We placed an order on 31st July for some shelves and a table for our first home as we’ve just moved in. Dispatch date by August 26th which has been and gone, I messaged the shop and I noticed it had been “closed and wasn’t taking on new orders” no response so I raised a case with Etsy.

If you check on companies house you will see a liquidation notice with a winding up petition submitted December 21. Therefore this company is in liquidation and you won’t be receiving your orders! I’m now in dispute with my bank to try and get a refund for over £300 worth of goods.

PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE - take it from a legal practitioner!

Scam. Shelves never delivered and messages ignored.

Only putting one star as zero stars isn’t an option! My experience with this business has been rubbish. Placed an order in July and then received an email saying my order had been despatched, due for delivery 22-25th July. Hadn’t received anything so messaged and was told they’d checked and I’ve have it by 10th August. Still didn’t arrive so chased again, didn’t get an answer, chased again and got a standard message reply saying they were concentrating on existing orders. Finally got a response asking for the order number (again) and then said it would be looked into. No apology, just came across like they thought they were doing me a favour by responding. No response. Chased again, nothing. I’ve now had to raise a case with Etsy and with my bank.

Ordered a shelf on 29th July and money taken from my credit card but no email to say it has been dispatched. I have emailed twice but had no response!

THIS COMPANY IS INSOLVENT, ANYTHING ORDERED BY THEIR WEBSITE WILL NOT BE SENT OUT AND THEY CANNOT BE CONTACTED TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Their phone number “does not exist” and emails go unanswered. If you have placed an order please contact trading standards and the insolvency service - the more people that do this the more chance we have of getting their website taken down.
Your bank should be able to give you your money back if you raise a case with them.
UPDATE - did an investigation on Etsy as some people appear to be getting orders and refunds. I used the email address in the company detail section and sent my order confirmation email. I didn’t get a reply but I have been a promised a refund. Time will tell.
10 days on the refund has not appeared in my bank so looks like even if you get the right email they are still pulling the scam.

Absolutely terrible. Please do not order from this company. Ordered well over a month ago and have not received anything. No response at all from the company. Looks like this is happening ti hundreds of people. Etsy still letting them sell online?? Absolute SCAM

I place an order with Ashley Moore for w shelving which never arrived and they stopped communicating once I was chasing their order. Etsy gave me a refund.

DO NO BUY FROM ASHLEY MOORE as they went into Voluntary Liquidation in Dec 2021. I do no understand why Etsy is still promoting their products! It would save a lot of stress if they stopped it!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ADMINISTRATORS WERE APPOINTED IN DECEMBER 2021.

We are in the process of trying to recoup our money. The customer service number doesn’t work, no response by email.
