I give 5 stars for this product because from ordering to receiving delivery,
I was kept informed on what stage the order was being processed and able to track when I should expect delivery. The two rustic shelves were excellent and was surprised to receive a drill bit in the overall package.
Would certainly use again if the need arose.

Amazing shelfs. Look stunning in my kitchen. Everyone compliments them when they visit. Ordering was easy. Came on time. Very well packed. Excellent overall. Would recommend 😀

The order was straightforward and the shelves were well wrapped. The metal brackets hadn't been fully de-greased, but this was easily remedied with white spirit. As they are 'industrial' in style, they still show the marks from the metal bending machine, which at first glance, didn't look good, but once cleaned and in place, the style works very well and has been commented upon very favourably by visitors. Very pleased with the shelves, less so with our plasterer, who left a concave wall to which we affixed the shelves. I will now have to scribe the shelves to get a really good fit and finish. But these are just minor points. Good shelves, well managed and delivered process. :)

Ordered Sunday got delivered Wednesday and exactly like the picture perfect thank you

AWFUL service. I purchased a size that ended up being too small, because I purchased when the shelves were on sale I was then told I couldn’t exchange for the bigger size (even though the sale was still on!) despite making it clear i would pay the difference for the longer shelves even on the non sale price. Really bad service and will definitely not use them again.

Lovely product and a great customer service. Cant wait to get them up on the walls.

I wanted Good but didn’t have it. It would have been a 5 star review had they done what they said they would. They replied to my email saying they would send me some of the wax (I would have paid for it) they used to complete my order so I could match my plate rack to the floating shelves I purchased. No wax arrived even though I sent them a picture of it as requested. Floating shelves were really nice though & look lovely. I would recommend the products.

Have recently purchased the rustic coat rack and have to say not only does it look really good and solid, but is very good quality.
It was easy to order on line and swift delivery.
I would certainly recommend the company and product.

We ordered 2 dark oak rustic shelves with beautiful metal brackets. Products arrived quickly and very well packaged! We were so happy we ordered a 3rd! Quick delivery again! Could not be happier! Will order from here again.
