Great shelf, very helpful customer service
Ordered rustic kitchen shelf with brackets. Very pleased with it and looks great. I thought i might have chosen a shade to light in colouring and contacted A M to see if they could offer help with changing wax. Well, they were fantastic, extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend them and I will definitely buy from them again.

Oak Mantelpiece
Very happy with our purchase from this company. Floating mantel piece is beautiful. Packaging was excellent ( took a while to open) .The only thing I could say on the negative side was that with fittings supplied the shelf would sit a little away from wall, easily remedied by a little counter sinking on wall.
All communication was spot on.

Disappointed - not as advertised!
Disappointed!! I’ve been meaning to contact the team at Ashley Moore. I ordered a Rustic Floating Shelf 22cm deep, 5cm thick handcrafted using solid wood | Complete with fixings | Rustic Kitchen Shelves. What I received looked nothing like the Rustic shelf in the picture and is what I believe to be a new plank of pine, stained with a walnut stain!! I was expecting reclaimed wood and a rustic look and finish. Not impressed to be honest. A real shame as the shelf advertised was what I wanted.
