Needed an Oak mantel urgently before plastering the following day. Spoke to Nichola, who immediately arranged for urgent dispatch from the North East to Essex, arriving early the next day. I am so pleased with the coat hook I purchased. When it arrived initially, I was expecting the four hook rail as that is the one I saw in the picture. If I’d read the invoice, I would’ve realised the one I ordered had three. I called Ashley Moore and they were amazing. They sent me the longer four hook rail at no extra cost and told me to keep the three hook rail to save me the additional cost of returning it. All pieces are stunning and hand made. I was very impressed. I would absolutely recommend this company and am looking forward to my next purchase.

I spent a fair amount of time doing an internet search for shelves before I found Ashley Moore. The shelves arrived yesterday and have now been installed in my coat room. Great design and excellent quality. I couldn't be more pleased.

Great product, quick delivery in covid times. Only gripe was that screws for the bolts sent for 15cm shelf were far too deep for a plasterboard internal wall & had to find a makeshift solution. Advice on depth of fixtures or different options would be helpful.
