Ordered a shelf in June with an…

Ordered a shelf in June with an esitamted 3-4 week wait. 6 weeks later shelf still has not arrived. Ashley Moore have failed to reply to any of my polite emails requesting an update and when I contacted Etsy for help they automatically issued me with a refund (when I wanted the shelf I had ordered and waited patiently for). Included within the automated response from Etsy was a note informing Ashley Moore that they will not be recovering the refund from them either. Rather than spending a little extra time trying to resolve why the order was never dispatched or addressing the issues Ashley Moore are experincing; they give Ashley Moore the green light to continue to mislead their customers without ever being held to account. I still have had no replay from Ashley Moore who are still allowed to trade on Etsy. I understand that issues arise but other reviews show that this is becoming a recurring problem with Ashley Moore but Etsy continue to allow them to trade on their website. By issuing the refund Etsy provide a quick fix for themselves rather than the customer. Very poor service from both Etsy and Ashley Moore!

I have ordered many times from Ashley…

I have ordered many times from Ashley Moore Furniture in the past and been very happy.
However, something seems to be a bit off this year.
Despatch times gradually crept up from 3-5 days in January to nearly 4 weeks currently.
I ordered a table on 25th June, from their Etsy shop.
When it wasn't despatched by 22nd July I got in touch and was immediately given a Parcelforce tracking number.
I send through Parcelforce myself and the number didn't look right as it was an international delivery format...I am in the UK.
Parcelforce confirmed that the number...which is still stuck on pre transit...was for an address in the USA.
I had no response from Ashley Moore concerning this, and Etsy have refunded me in full.
Communication from Ashley Moore seems to mainly consist of an auto reply out of hours message, regardless of what time of day I get in touch.
Other reviews have also mentioned invalid tracking numbers from orders placed this month.

No goods delivered after 2 weeks

Ordered 2 floating shelves with brackets on the 9th July. Still no sign of them despite website saying delivery within 3-5 business days. I have emailed no response. Called them but couldn’t get through after a long time on hold and they’ve now disconnected the number. If their dispatch times are long they should be clear about this on their website. Would not purchase from them again.

Advertised stock they don’t have ……

Advertised stock they don’t have … misleading delivery times … don’t answer the phone after numerous calls, don’t reply to Facebook, Instagram or email! Rubbish customer service, do not spend your money here!

The shelves are excellent which reflects a good company

Thea shelves are excellent
Staff are politeand curtious- good communication- they put up with grumpy people like me . I could not give a better recommendation for a company
myfeed back is that Sometimes the website will say that there over 100 items on the shelf - then it will take 3 - weeks to get to you. I say be patient and you will receive an excellent product 👍 thumbs up 👍 for a good company

honest feedback - dreadful

so i ordered a piece of furniture from this company, only half of the item arrived.it was unusable. When i asked where the rest of the order was i was told it was dispatched and i needed to contacted the courier which i did and I still have no idea where the items are and I feel Ashley Moore do not care. I will NEVER order from Etsy again as i have no faith in them helping me.

Usually I would give a higher rating as…

Usually I would give a higher rating as I have bought from here a few times however the delivery is becoming a joke. It says 3-5 days delivery, 15 days later I am still waiting….
This happened a few months ago when I ordered some shelves also. If you cannot stick to your delivery times then don’t advertise it.

Excellent service

Excellent service, the team replied to my query promptly and managed to get me the order delivered within 2 days at this busy Christmas period! Also very good quality for the shelf I ordered, better than we expected!
