Don't enroll please... It's all lies. They won't even help you if you need help with tutors. And even if you do try to request a tutor, they won't even respond back to you after 2 weeks and even then, they're not helpful at all. Requested for my money back, but this whole thing is a SCAM.

I was happy with Ashworth College until a recent problem with my husbands course. I fully paid for two courses of my own.He became very sick with severe prostate problems and dizzy spells.. A preliminary test shows that he has prostate cancer. He is so sick some days he cannot stand on his feet. I have called once a month for the last six months and talked to a representative about the situation. They keep sending me letters asking me to renew the program...I have told him he cannot study. I started a course in Tax Preparation at Ashworth Collage. About eight months into the course, they shut me out of the computer. I called them to ask why? They say “I will need to pay$90 for reactivation fees” I pointed out that when I Started the course, they never told me about any such fees, in fact I do not even gone one year into the course as yet. They would not let me back in to complete the course. Now they have my name at collections. They ruin my credit. I was up to date on my monthly payment, the monthly payment was not the problem, it was the $90 re activation fees, which they keep slapping at me. These are wicked people; May God punishes them for what they did to me!

My wife is attending this school online. Receiving dependents VA benefits. She's having to constantly call the school for their errors in grading, entering dates for VA benefits, and apparently transcripts haven't arrived from a college she went to when all the other transcripts have. Since I'm a paralegal we're already looking at legal avenues of remedy. Because the incompetence is just too much. The VA will be notified of the issues as well. My advice to anyone would be to look for a better school.

LIES, LIES, LIES.....I HAD MY SON ENROLL IN THIS SCHOOL FOR THEIR MEDICAL BILLING AND CODING DIPLOMA PROGRAM...HE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED AND PASSED THIS COURSE AND WAS ADVISED HE WOULD GET $100 OFF FOR REFERRALS AFTER REFERRAL STUDENT WAS IN ATTENDANCE FOR 30 DAYS. MY SON REFERRED AT LEAST 7 PEOPLE TO THIS SCHOOL. HOW IS IT THAT THE SCHOOL IS SAYING HE STILL HAS A $700 BALANCE (TUITION $849) AND HE WAS ADVISED JUST BEFORE COMPLETION THAT THEY WOULD ONLY HONOR 1 REFERRAL PER STUDENT!!! NOW THEY WILL NOT RELEASE HIS GRADES TO TEST DUE TO BALANCE! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I am reading about the RN to BSN program closing but I never got an email on January 15th and money was taken out my account January 29th...smh

This is an absolute crooked operation.....trust me! Signed up for the MC and B course, was promised this and that. Attempts to get a response needing books they stated i and a co worker would receive. Well they LIED! they are NOT physical books they are ebooks, when i enrolled i specifically asked for hand held books...........they will lie about everything just to get you too sign up. I paid in full, stupid me. currently fighting for the funds to get transferred to Penn Foster, who has very high ratings (told it was taking over and merging out Ashworth) which while the other High School knew at the time the "enrollment advisor" told me. They LIED!

Am very pleased with the sister school, not sure why Ashworth won't transfer my funds"? Please reconsider this school, they sweet talk and never ever answer their TICKET responses.

Do not trust this school with your money or time . I’ve been getting the run around in regards to my refund for over 6 weeks. Every time I call they tell me I will need to wait 72 hours because they are waiting to hear from the IT department regarding a email !! $649 wasted and I didn’t even start the coursework!! This place is the absolute worst and their customer service department is a complete joke !!

Closed the nursing program without any warning when i had less than four classes remaining. I was to get a refund since my classes were all paid in advance, guess what,,, still waiting for the check I am sure I will never see. If you start the program and they decide its not making enough money, guess what, they will close it and you will lose all your time, money, desire, ambition, hopes, and dreams. They are con artists and thieves. Do not SUBMIT YOURSELF TO THIS BRUTAL PUNISHMENT!!!

I graduated from Ashworth in October, 2019 with tuition paid in full. It's now February, 2020 and I still have not received my degree (even though it was promised to me weeks ago). I contacted student services numerous times only to be told, "It can take a while." There was no indication of how many weeks, months, or years this may mean. One representative told me he would "have it expedited" but still couldn't give me a time frame. Ashworth uses an outside company that prints and sends diplomas to graduates. Ashworth will not provide the company's name or contact information. In other words, the only advice they can provide is a vague and insulting assumption: "you might receive it."

I truly enjoyed my learning experience at Ashworth College. A wonderful school so glad to see all the new programs.

Their Online High School program with James Madison High School is a SCAM! I called them to ask some questions and they quickly asked for my card number and registered my son. Then they asked me to send my son's transcripts and we sent them. My son has completed his high school up to grade 11 at a physical high school and he wanted to do his 12th grade online. So they registered him in grade 12. Then, when his profile was activated, we noticed that he is required to do his 9th, 10th, and 11th grades again, although my son has been a high achiever and got A all throughout his school! We asked them to remove 9, 10, 11 grades courses and they said sorry we cannot! Then I cancelled his registration because they look to have a really ridiculous system of education. Then, I asked for cancellation and refund, but they are asking for cancellation fee although my son has done nothing yet with this school and we have already paid so much money to them! SCAM! They probably know that no one in his right mind would stay with their stupid system and they are making money out of registration and cancellation fees!

They owe my my remaining refund of $276.30!! I have a signed copy of my contract. It clearly states if you cancel within 5 days you get a full refund. I canceled on day 2 and again on day 3. Yet they only gave me $125.40 of the $399 I paid.

Do not trust this college.

I entered a program for Graphic Design and finished all of my course work before the year was done, but the online portal was locked and they're claiming I owe them an extension fee. I took off weeks of work just to ensure I did everything I was supposed to before the year was done, even double-checked the program to make sure I had finished everything.

This institution does not care about giving you what they've promised. All they want is to collect your tuition and run.

And don't bother with emailing them. I've emailed several departments of theirs several times and nobody's responded.

The course is very great one. they are some of abbreviation in the calculations like 878.56 you make it round figure 879.

Please be careful when dealing with this scam School. They are not accredited. Plus the FTC fined them for deceptive practices. So they are desperate for money to pay off their fines. They will not allow you to cancel their courses even though I never started any thing, without charging you some bogus fees that equal more than 20% of your tuition. There are better and more ethical schools out there. Please listen to the reviews here. I sure wish I would have listened. I will warn people everywhere not to use them!

I recommend you not to deal with Ashworth college or James Madison .I paid for a transcript to be sent electronically to another college and it’s going on three weeks,and still no transcripts.I call them several times and they supposedly had sent the transcripts out three times.Im trying to start school but they slowing me down with the transcripts.Canceled a college course but they still withdrawing money from my account. They don’t deserve the 1 star ⭐️ this school all about money and is going to end up in small claims court!!

I have been trying since July to gain access to the GDS training and can not go further in my TA course until this happens. I have tried live chat, sent several emails, and opened multiple tickets all going unanswered. This is ridiculous. Please help me!!!
