The best service we have ever received from a transfer company.
The vehicles are in excellent condition, and the drivers are professional and very customer-oriented.
They are always in touch and send updates, which makes the trip very comfortable and stress-free.
Highly recommended.

Driver was waiting on time for us with a sign. He also helped carry some of pure bags and had waters for us in the van. When we left something in the car he returned later to deliver it. Very professional.

Asia Car Service was terrific. They were very responsive to my email contact while planning our trip and answered all questions thoroughly. Everything was confirmed in writing. On the day of the pickup they were exactly on time and the driver knew exactly where to go and when.

We used ACS for a week-long diplomatic visit to Japan that spanned three cities. We were impressed with the level of service from the booking side. All of our questions were answered within a couple of hours. Our drivers were all on time, professional, and kind. Not all of them spoke English so we communicated via WhatsApp, which wasn't a problem at at. We will be using ACS again in the future.

Driver met us with sign at designated location, assisted with luggage and took us straight to hotel. Cheerful, professional and respectful driver. Car was clean. All in all, very good experience.
