Delegate name server to Microsoft fail. Send email to support, three days no reply. Real time chat only AI, can't solve my issue. Only one time find the real person, they said fixed the issue but it was not.
What is going on with this company ? I have used them for years and they used to be efficient.
Now they tell me I need to migrate my hosting. They have given me no support on this.
There is no longer a telephone hotline to help. And when I send written messages to the Hotline they take days to reply. And the reply is not helpful.
I have wasted a month already trying to resolve my issues, and so far have got nowhere.
Note : they are happy to send you reminders to renew your domains and hosting with them, then once they have the money I feel you get left in the dust.
Excellent support provided to me by the Technical desk; Volodymyr, has promptly take actions explain me how set up various problems, be patient and comprensive.
This is the support customer need a time in crashed by problems.

Asia Registry provides great service for our International domain names. I have been working with them for several years now and they've always been able to help. You are always able to get service directly from an agent when needed.

The company took an order from me in May 2020. As of April 2021 I have neither received the domains I ordered or a refund from the company. This company has stolen my money and dragged their heels in resolving the issue.
