So far no problems, buI just got started.

I didn’t even know it costs. I’ve been looking at instagram and saw some comments of someone’s photo that what sponsored by Bongo. Some people ask if it cost, so I tested it, so dumb I was. It said that one message cost’s 35kr (sweden) so I went to instagram to the profile again and I commented a comment, like it cost’s. Some minute later our both comments was all gone. But I think that it was the girl that has the profile. Just so anyone couldn’t seen it. So everyone should go and test it.

scam,my daughters bill is now 50£ due to this even when opted out,even all over internet clearly saying bongo is on social media ect to target children it's a scam and total disgrace, it should be banned,but bongo must be appealing for children due to google and Alexa answers for free haha as I've just explained to my daughter

Criminals, thiefs you name it! However they dont deserve a sh”t , they just scam you on your money ! I need my money back or I’ll sue you sh”t heads for stealing all money! Scamming kids is what they like, they should have 10 years in jail

They cant charge me as the phone number that I use does not get credit added to it...Lol imagine people who pay for this crap if I was gullible maybe the cost would be around £100+ sometimes I say go away and it tells me about 2 new hot guys wanting me lol.

This is a scam. If you believe that this thing is real you're dumb. Maybe you think like "Oh, I saw the YouTuber x and Bongo got it right for them". Yeah, because they are sponsored and the message was made special for them, dumbass.

They give no information to you don’t text them it’s a money grabbing company that’s all, they text leading you to text again and again.

They don't answer emails and their phone numbers are fake. It's a super shady company - i only sent a message by mistake to them and they charged me 60kr.

This is a scam. They have taken £130+ from my account saying I used them. Never heard of them till my phone company informed me who had charged me. I also have no text messages to show me contacting them.
Given number to call but they just said no manager and they were 3rd party company and could not deal so had to send an email to ask for refund.

Good thing i read the reviews. I wouldn't have paid the €3 even if this was legit, but still.

They continued to tell me stuff not warning me that after a few texts my phone bill would be £25 OVER THE LIMIT. Ridiculous and it aims itself at vulnerable teenagers who assume that what they're reading is true without warning them of the cost

A f****ng rip off aimed at children. They charge 35 SEK per text you send them. If you don't send any in a while they start bombarding you with texts reading "Congratulations! Another person is interested in you!" or "Someone has heard gossip about you!".

Low life company, hope they all get permanently infected with coronavirus.

They took my money and never followed up on the order, phone number doesn't work, only responded to my first email and none of the four since.

been waiting a month on one order. keep getting promises with no results. at best a selective scammer. at worst scamming the the net entirely.

I am at Newark international Airport and I am trying to access Bongo free Wi-Fi. I am computer savvy. There is no way to access the free Wi-Fi. After trying all of the prompts it brought me to a login page but there was no opportunity to select a username and password. Ultimately I could not access the Free Wi-Fi website. Sam R

Fraud... not received any sms after sending multiple sms. Contacted customer service but no solution
