Ask Electrix responded promptly to my request for help. They were very clear about the costs involved. The appointment was confirmed in writing and the electrician, a wonderful young woman, arrived promptly. She was polite,friendly, helpful and efficient. Did a full electrical upgrade, wiring for new kitchen, multiple sockets and switches, new consumer unit, heat alarm smoke alarm extractor fan bathroom and lighting all installed and snag-fixed over the summer. All completed and certified. I also had them complete a EICR for me too. No issues. Very happy with their service. Good communication and good standard of work.

We needed 2 different pieces of work to be undertaken. The first was the repair of a faulty socket which shorted the circuit. A subsequent job was a complete EICR check of our 31 year old house. Both jobs were undertaken promptly and efficiently and with utmost courtesy from the technical electricians. I have no hesitation in recommending ASK Electrix for all electrical jobs, large or small.

Ask Electrix replaced two fuseboxes, and did the electrical work in a kitchen renovation. A great team. All top professionals. They are also courteous and kept us informed - in layperson's terms - of all that was being done. I'm very happy to have found them.

I was having a new bathroom installed and the company who was installing the bathroom recommended Ask Electrix to connect the shower. So, they came and connected the shower. Whilst Andy visited the property i asked him for 3 x different quotes, (spot lights, garden house sockets and outdoor plug socket). The quotes were done quickly and Andy answered all my questions. I had a RCD tripping out ring main and lighting circuits. Diagnostic work completed to identify damaged wire causing the fault. Repairs made and all up and running within an hour. The electrician was very polite and provided an excellent service. Would thoroughly recommend this company.
