YOGO TRAINING

Iam Rajakumari, staying in Abudhabi. I joined SMART NATIVES YOGA STUDIO in 2022. I have been practicing yoga under the guidance of Dr.Nakheed Khan for the past four years. The Instructor teaches different poses and exercises to meet the specific needs of each individual. She covers Surya Namaskar, aerobics, traditional yoga and breathing exercises which keeps every class effective. We practice laughter yoga at the end of the class.

Dr. Naheed is a healer

I am Lata Bhagchandani, a client of Smart Natives Yoga Studio, and I truly feel grateful for the transformation I have experienced through my journey with Dr. Naheed Khan.

When I first joined, I was struggling with severe nerve pain that was affecting my daily life. Simple activities felt difficult, and I was constantly uncomfortable. Along with that, I was dealing with anxiety, low energy, and gradual weight gain, which made me feel even more stuck physically and mentally.

From the very beginning, Dr. Naheed Khan understood my condition with deep patience and care. Her personal sessions were not just about yoga poses — they were about healing, understanding the body, and gently guiding it back to balance. She customized every session according to my needs, which made a huge difference. I never felt rushed or judged; instead, I felt supported and safe.

With consistent practice under her guidance, I started noticing changes. My nerve pain gradually reduced, and today I can confidently say I am almost free from it. This relief alone has changed my quality of life. Along with that, I experienced visible weight loss and inch loss, which made me feel lighter, more confident, and active.

What truly stood out for me was the impact on my mental health. My anxiety levels have reduced significantly. I feel calmer, more in control, and emotionally stronger. The breathing techniques and mindful practices she taught have become a part of my daily routine, helping me manage stress better.

Dr. Naheed is not just a yoga coach — she is a true healer and mentor. She listens, she understands, and she motivates you to become your best version. Her approach is very human, very practical, and deeply caring. She focuses on long-term health rather than quick fixes, which is something I deeply appreciate.

Smart Natives Yoga Studio is not just a place to exercise — it is a space where real transformation happens. The environment is positive, encouraging, and filled with genuine care for each individual.

I sincerely thank Dr. Naheed Khan for helping me in this journey. Because of her, I feel healthier, happier, and more confident in my body and mind. I would highly recommend her and Smart Natives Yoga Studio to anyone who is struggling with pain, stress, or health issues and is looking for a natural and sustainable way to heal.

Dr Naheed

Dr. Naheed is a well rounded and experienced coach, she is always positive, and well organised. Her session on Time Management gave so many bulb on moment. Her talent and knowledge are on multiple topics. She is the best coach who can facilitate the acquistion of new knowledge and bring an enhanced awareness that is invaluable.
