0 stars oredered the back pack in october for her birthday in december. had an email to say trouble with the quality. fine she can have it for christmas. its the 9th Jan 2020 and still no bag. GUTTED as is my daughter

No stars. No order delivered. Looks like I’m not the only one that fell for the Harry Potter package. I’m out of pocket and my granddaughter didn’t get her present for Christmas. The link for my order no longer works and it looks like the site is now closed. Emails are being ignored . I paid on my debit card, is there anything I can do to claim my money back?

Ordered personalised Unicorn bag back in October, still not received anything. Not had any email correspondence about my order either. Complete scam!

No stars, I placed an order for a unicorn backpack in October, received an email to advise it had been shipped and then another one in November to advise there was a problem with the print quality and it would arrive before Christmas, it’s now 2nd January and surprise surprise nothing has arrived! I have just emailed and asked for a refund but I won’t hold my breath, avoid this company, it takes your money and you get nothing, it’s a scam!

I ordered a personalized Harry Potter pack in November. Never received it and ignored all my emails. What a fool I am for falling for this scam. I held out hope that it would arrive for Christmas but obviously it didn't arrive.

I wrote emails twice since I ordered in October personalised unicorn back pack and purse was for my little girls birthday but got reassured it would come for Christmas instead as they had problems with the printers. Boxing day now I requested money back week before Christmas and never got a response. How do people actually sleep at night!!

Ordered a unicorn bag in October, was assured via email in November I’d get it for Xmas. It’s Xmas eve and unless they plan on coming down my chimney it’s not here. They haven’t responded to any other emails. Paid by card so not sure where I stand but I will be contacting my bank in the new year. It was £5 something but judging by all the comments they’ve got a lot of £5’s out of a lot of people. Not sure how people sleep at night if they have truly misled a lot of people but I wouldn’t buy of them again that’s for sure!

Ordered unicorn backpack 6th October. Stated guaranteed Christmas delivery. One communicatiom from them in November stating running late but would be here for Christmas. Guess what, it's Christmas on Wednesday and no bag and no further update, as is the case for all my friends who also ordered. They've also ignored all subsequent emails. This is quite an appalling way to rip people off, some of whom were relying on offers like this to enable us to stretch our budgets a little further to give our children some nice gifts for Christmas.

I will be taking this further and I hope these people are forced to publicly apologise and compensate all the people they have ripped off!

Date today is 19-12-2019 items still haven't been received.

Only contact from the company said there was slight backlog and items would be recieved by Christmas 2019.

Dont think I will be receiving them in the next 6 days til Christmas.

Agree. I ordered a personalised backpack on the 7th October. Money taken from my account immediately. Still no back pack. No response to messages or emails. The company have now updated their website sayimg they're closed for Christmas.

Order the Christmas harry potter bundle half of it missing sent over 10 emails they never get back to me. WILL NEVER SHOP there again. So now I will have a upset daughter for Xmas this is one gift she wanted. Congratulations you are heartless

I ordered 11 weeks ago and still haven't received anything!!! They won't even reply to any of my emails. AVOID

DO NOT USE. Ordered on 09/10/2019 In plenty of time for my nieces birthday over a month later. It’s now 17/12/2019 (more than two months since I ordered and over a month since my nieces birthday) and it still hasn’t arrived!!! Numerous emails have been ignored and my requests for a refund ignored too. If I could give less than one star I would. Awful.

I placed an order on 11th October and still have never received my parcel - they have ignored every single email I have sent them - DO NOT USE
