Ne pare rau ca din cauza transportului produsele nu au ajuns in cea mai buna stare.
Apreciem faptul ca ne-ati scris, incurajam clientii se ne conctacteze imediat ce au primit comanda si au constatat ca sunt produse ce nu au ajuns in conditii bune.
Mereu incercam sa gasim solutii in favoarea clientilor si suntem deschisi in a rezolva orice problema.

Good experience for my first time purchase
Purchased over the bank holiday weekend. I don't have a romanian shop close to where I leave so this was a good enough option for me. Purchased fridge items and they were packed very well. I was happy with my purchase, arrival time, packaging, everything.

The food was tasty. But some cucumbers were overripe…damaged. And the chocolate box was opened. Could be due to transport or due to shop. Not sure. But it was what. it was.
