Beginning to think we've been scammed. Ordered 31st Oct but not received anything. Shipment shows as cancelled on 26th Nov. Emails to the "help" link are ignored. I'd advise anyone to avoid.

Ordered Nov 27th.
Tracking not updated since Dec 9th - wrote to query it. Received an automated reply stating what I can see myself on tracking and not answering my question. - I reply to this, then have no response.
However see that suddenly my tracking has been update to say 'in transit' - but below in 'shipping details' says order cancelled. (?????????????) - which is it??
If it has been cancelled - 0 refund. Have yet again - sent an email.

Avoid.

(Thank you for the reply ... however no - it doesn't make me better understand as there are now two things on my tracking info as per my comment above. It says in transit. AND cancelled. Again, which is it? If you are replying to reviews here, maybe answer the emails querying things...)

item was not as big as in the pictures, in fact it was tiny in comparison the pictures, the item did come in a timely manner though

SCAM! This company is a scam. They take your payment and don’t deliver. We ordered £119 worth in November as a Christmas present for my daughter. What a bunch of criminals. Just proof that it’s best to stick with Amazon for security as these criminals ruin any trust or chance for smaller independent companies. The website looked good. Rather than scamming they should just deliver what they advertise as there is a market out there. Disgusting behaviour! I hope they get caught by the police soon. I will definitely report them and will not stop! The order NEVER EVER arrived.

Don’t trust this site. It’s been over a month and I still have 1 out of 3 slimes here and no update on the others. Not even been shipped. The slime that came looked nothing like the pictures it had came all out the packaging and had mixed in with other slimes. I’ve emailed that many times and had no response. They are just a rip off! 40 pound on slime that you can’t even get. Will be getting hold of the bank to get my money back unfortunately! They just rob you clearly from other reviews and it was my daughters Christmas present! Do not buy from here!

My 12 yr old daughter ordered £30 from Asmr Geek on 7th November and no delivery. How can we report them? The text messages are from a dubious number in L.A. The UK business address seems dubious too. Such an awful thing to do to young people. Since writing this review I have now reported the company to Action Fraud and Instagram.

New update! Coincidentally since writing the above I have miraculously received the order. I now wish to return this order for a refund (the order is no longer required, given 6 weeks gone, plus we are not satisifed with the quality as per other reviewers) but it looks like I will be stuck here too as when I enter my order number and email address at the 'returns center' on the website it states 'wrong order number and email' and in the 'refund policy' Asmr Geek states 'our policy lasts 30 days...since your purchase' which is rather convenient since it is over 30 days since we placed our order. Do I risk returning the goods to the address on the website and hope for the best?

Asmr Geek still have not replied to any of my correspondence on email or DM. Though they did ask me, via Trustpilot, to remove some of the content from this review surrounding their business address (which is clearly identified on their website). Hiding behind platforms is hardly transparent and trustworthy. Being defensive and rude to your customers on Trustpilot is not the route to a successful brand and following. Please just respond to your customers in the normal way. What have you got to hide?
One can only assume this is a drop shipping business model.
Update. I returned the items to the address on the website. I received a text to say that they had received my parcel. They would get a 'return' to me shortly. I received a refund on 30th December. Asmr Geek still used this opportunity, on text, to argue with me about what had occurred (in their view). I despair. What is the point of their business if they argue with and antagonise all their customers?

I too have had my shipment cancelled after contacting them 2 days ago asking for an update on my order after waiting a month. They assured me it was on the way and now it has been cancelled. £30 down the drain. I am heart broken. I don’t have the money to waste! It’s my daughters birthday on the 23rd of dec so money is really tight. I’ve sent about 10 emails and sent fb messages. No reply. I don’t know what to do. I am just gutted. I could cry. I just wish I had read here first. Merry f**king Christmas. 😢

Ordered slime as was on my Daughter christmas list , confirmed that was dispatched 19 Nov . Hasn't arrived , tracking details now saying Shipment Cancelled? Certainly no refund and company have failed to respond to several emails , face book messages . I think this is a scam website as looks like there is many more victims. Now in process of contacting bank for chargeback.

Update: As you fail to respond to emails or messages but can find the time for petty replies on here I have attached a copy of an email I have sent to .Please confirm you have read and will refund me .

ORDER 6417 still no delivery of required item . No response to previous emails or Facebook messages , tracking information saying cancelled I am now requesting a full refund . Can you confirm when you will apply this .

I ordered a slime ages ago like 2 or 3 months and the two slimes I ordered have not shown up yet my daughter is very sad by this news

Wish I'd read review first! My daughter spent her birthday money on 3 lots of slime over a month ago. Nothing arrived and no communication at all. Shes very upset I want a refund or I'll be going through trading standards

Ordered over a month ago, 2 items received one missing tracking claims order cancelled yet no refund! 5 emails sent over a 7 day period no response, Facebook message received and read no reply. Awful customer service!!!!

I wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering. I waited a month to discover I'd wasted nearly 30 quid. The pictures of the slime are like cupcakes with big swirly tops and decorative bits. What you get is basically a very small, clear plastic tub with plain slime in. You'd be disappointed if you got a pot of garlic sauce that size! 7 pound a pot, they are having a laugh. In fact my daughter has made better slime on her own. Wish I could post a picture of expectation vs reality. Also it's a UK company that seems to be a cover for junk from China.

I placed my order of £65 on the 10th October!!! It’s now the 10th December and still nothing has come!!! This is so wrong and absolutely disgusting.. Give me my money back!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order on the 1st December - I spent £40s on slime as a gift for Christmas.
I have emailed numerous of times and have not received a reply.
There is no update as to the order being shipped or of any cancellation.
I wish I had viewed these reviews before placing an order, I had told others of this site as I was originally not anticipating to have any issues.
I am greatly concerned as to wether I shall ever receive my order or even a refund.

The items arrived but are awful - nothing like advertised. Huge rip off. Do not buy from this company!!

I Ordered 2 slimes for xmas for my daughter. Finally arrived today after waiting 2 months. 4 emails sent and no reply from asmr geek!! What arrived was something you get from a £1 store. basic slime in basic packaging and nothing like what they advertise. Dont bother wasting your time or money!!!!

I have done exactly the same I wish I had looked on here before purchase. Let’s all please try and slam their website and stop others ordering. I cannot get a response via email and shipment shown as cancelled.

The only slime here is Asmr Geek i bought 9 pack fruity unicorn charm butter slime kit priced at 35.99 ordered on the 8th of November i had no email with any updates only to say shipment cancelled on December the 1st no answer to any emails just kept in the dark took the money and run how low can one go robbing a child of the birthday present

Could you please let me know when I will receive my item?
I have ordered on the 6th of November, and I could see that on the 19th November was shipped, but I still did not receive my item.

When I am trying to track my item it says that the shipment was cancelled om the 1st December. Could you please tell me why, as I am clearly not happy about this. This supposed to be a present for my daughter, which I have ordered earlier enough to be delivered.
