I ordered planning on the advertised % off. It accepted my order without showing a place to enter the discount code. I emailed asking for the % to be applied. They said no. I said I won't order again. They never sent the order and I have sent 7 emails asking why and NO ANSWER. Fine, cancel the order if you're so mad that a customer waved the advertised discount but man up and be professional and say that. Ghosting is not the way to run a business.

I just discovered I was scammed over a year ago. I bought some jewelry in their "going out of business sale" and did receive the merchandise in a timely manner, very carefully wrapped and of reasonable quality (I know others had a worse experience). I did not sign up for any subscription service. (Who would even think of that with a home owned small company going out of business?) I later noticed other companies (usually jewelry but not always) that used the exact same words in their story! (Need to spend more time with the family, move on to the next chapter of life, etc.) These were FB ads (and I have also had good experiences with FB ads). Now this same company is on an ad on FB again, same story, with many of the products I have! I looked them up here and found out about the monthly charge after an order. I looked up my old bank info and I was taken three times (22.95/month) before my credit card changed numbers and they lost track of me. (I know I am guilty of not checking all accounts every month.) Now it may be too late to take the issue to my credit card, but I will look into it and want to get the word out about this company.

Sneaky Membership Fee!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Yes the jewelry was pretty and all that and it arrived on time - but what started out as a $61dollar order has ballooned by ~$120 additional dollars due to their sneaky "membership" program. BUYER BEWARE!

Sketchy. I finally did receive my order but they did not ship it until I emailed them TWICE about not receiving it. As for what they sent me, half the items are junk. A couple of the stainless steel rings were nice but another one was described as stainless steel but the ring quickly tarnished to a copper colour! And the gold colour necklaces were an extremely bright and gaudy yellow-y colour, very flimsy too. Not at all as pictured.
They have that story on their page about being a mom and daughter company that is going out of business. The story is still there months later with the same old line about a closing sale! Seemed like a scam. I do not recommend ordering from them.

Do not order from this company. I ordered in November 2024. I didn’t receive my order and they are still charging me three months later $22.95. I didn’t sign up for any kind of membership why would I if it’s a going out of business sale. I thought I was helping a Mother Daughter business. There is a special place in Hell for people like this.

I had the same experience as others in that I ordered and received 2 items. About 4 months later I noticed monthly charges for 22.95 that started the month after my purchase. Their phone number and email do not work. I disputed the charges through my credit card company and cancelled the card.

Scam company. Like others, I started getting charged a monthly fee of 22.95, just noticed it after 3 months! Getting my card cancelled and disputing the charges. If you call their phone number you just get a message saying 'line busy'. Piece of sh*t company and people.

I ordered from this company in September. I got my product without issues, but then they continued to charge me monthly for four months before I noticed the transactions. This is a scam!! Do not order from this company.

I received a text and a call from my bank saying someone tried to make a purchase on my debit card (expired). I’ve never been a customer.

I ordered jewelry from their "business closing sale". They eventually sent most of what was ordered but it took awhile and the quality was not as advertised. I didn't create an account or sign up for a membership, yet they began charging me $22.95 and when I tried to cancel, their email and phone number aren't real and there is no way to get in touch with anyone. This is a scam company, do not order from them!

Scam. Bought some jewelry online a year ago in their supposed going out of business sale. They kept charging my credit card for a few months. So l emailed them to stop and they claimed l had bought a membership. Why would anyone buy a membership in a company that is supposedly having a going out of business sale? Told them to stop with the charges. Reported to my bank the fraudulent charges. A year later, they started making charges to my card again, now under a slightly different business name. Again have reported to my bank. And had to get a new card to avoid more of their fraudulent charges. Meanwhile, they are still selling and still claiming to be having a going out of business sale. Scam for sure. Avoid!

Do not order!!!! Hoax going out of business. Once they get your card they charge you a subscription fee hidden in their terms for selling you terrible quality products. I cancelled my card to get the payments stopped. Reported fraud to my bank.

My bank called to say they had noticed fraudulent activity on my account by this company. I made a small purchase from them about a year ago (and was very disappointed with the crap quality). They've now just tried to fraudulently take another payment from my account details used then. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This company fraudulently placed unauthorized charges to my credit card 3 weeks after my initial order. The phone number for the company matches the phone number used by multiple other known scam sites.
