Poor customer service
I ordered planning on the advertised % off. It accepted my order without showing a place to enter the discount code. I emailed asking for the % to be applied. They said no. I said I won't order again. They never sent the order and I have sent 7 emails asking why and NO ANSWER. Fine, cancel the order if you're so mad that a customer waved the advertised discount but man up and be professional and say that. Ghosting is not the way to run a business.
