Very professional, responsive and reliable hosting service with customers in mind. One of the best (if not the best) Windows-based hosting providers. I am using their services since 2014 and I continue adding my new web sites to their servers.
This hosting service is a scam. First off they are running it from Singapore and may not actually use US based data centers. When compared to a few other shared hosting solutions, they scored the lowest in performance (running Umbraco website). Lastly, they use deceptive pricing, renewing trials for 6 months without clearly stating it during registration, not willing to cancel and refund unless you do it 10! days before end of the cycle. Stay away!

I was asked to review this webhost and I am glad to do it.
I signed up with them about 6 months ago, particularly I am looking for a webhost that still supports my old SQL Server 2016. I was informed that asphostportal still supports it. Additionally, I want to make sure my ASP.NET 4.5 site works too.
All I can tell is that I can have my ASP.NET 4.5 site and SQL Server 2016 work flawlessly with this webhost. Their server speed is excellent from my place in Krakow (Poland).

I use asphostportal to host my RESTful API website with the backend in SQL Server 2022 hosting. So far, I hardly encounter any problems with their server and service.
From price point, I believe it is worth the money I spend. Easily say, asphostportal is far better than my previous webhost

My .net core site and SQL 2022 database have been working very well since the day one I started my hosting with them. There were a few, short downtime during my 5 years of tenure with them. However, every time my site was down, I contacted them and I immediately get a response from their support team

This is a scam service, these people hide behind their dodgy policies, double charge for the same service through auto PayPal payment and don't give a refund due to ridiculous reasons; they will lie to win the PayPal cases raised about the double charge; they appear to be sort of legit to get the upper hand.
In the previous review, I wrote that they would never return the money, therefore, I was forced to use their service. I started uploading some of my web services and along the way, I created several technical tickets to gain some information. Without any exception, they replied with links to very old blog posts that were unrelated or their answer was irrelevant. Finally, I just asked them to give me the logs of my services to diagnose the problems myself (The most primitive feature of each hosting provider). What was the answer!?
"Since you are on a shared host we can not share logs!". I tried to understand which version and configuration of IIS and MSSQL they were using and enabled the logged on my own. With the logs I enabled, I also fixed all the problems!
I finally sent the message and taught them how logs can be enabled for each user within files on their host! However, it is insane that they do not understand anything technical. Even how to use the features of their host!
You will be all alone with very limited features there. I strongly recommend not paying any penny since they will lock it and give something beyond bad service (almost no service).

Their subscription description was not what I was provided. When I contacted their helpdesk, I was asked to pay additional for the services that I wanted.
Then it became a matter of '.. we will get back to you in 3-5 hrs ...' which they never solved anything.
When I finally had enough of this rubbish response over 3 months, I asked for a refund.
They cancelled my account but never refunded any money without any notice. My account was dropped.
Now I'll just keep on asking them to refund my money. AND submit a bad review anywhere where they exist on the internet until I get a refund.

really bad. signed up, email service is junk and needed private external email, servers are so slow its not funny, support barely answers or takes forever to answer and clearly cannot be bothered to do anything. they read support tickets and just leave them on read, unreal. considering just charging back. i joined through hostforlife.eu they seem to have several domains for the same company.

If you need for fast asp.net hosting services, I would suggest you use this company.

Great support and the ITs are knowledgeable and friendly. I have had a great migration experience with Asphostportal on my ASP.NET project. They answered all my questions in a timely manner even priors to purchasing their hosting plans which have saved me a lot of time from trying and communicating with different hosting companies.
Horrible service. Whenever they update the servers, all the permissions are reset to some default that is not consistent with your application needs and the site goes down. You contact them and they do nothing. Typical time down is 8 hours. This happens all the time and they have the guts to tell you that is normal. It's not normal for a site to go down everytime they make an update. It's so bad I created a monitoring system to record the events and when they get resolved.

Same as the person's review right below mine. Except I put in a cancellation request a MONTH in advance. They just refuse to cancel my account. As the person mentioned you have to do it through the ticket support system they don't allow you to cancel your own account. In my situation, everytime I tell them to cancel my account they just close my ticket and keep my account active. Still active to this day.
