Bad bad bad.

Hard to believe someone can actually do this to so many people. Payed for a child’s toy and there’s no way to return.

This company is nothing more than a scam company - the product is wildly underpowered and lacks any real suction power. I have tried to return this item well within the 14 day return window and they would not provide me an address to return to and they stated that i will incur large shipping fees and duty fees returning the Item to China all in the effort to make me keep the product and not refund me. Underhanded and very dirty tactics !!!

Item arrived weeks late and did not work. Tried to engage with Aspirato and the best they would offer was a 5% discount on something that did not work. Refused the 5% so the best they would offer was for me to ship to China at my cost. They informed me that I would also be liable for any custom fees and responsible to ensure item arrived. Also caveated that I would only receive a partial / no refund based on their inspection

Having read reviewS about this cordless vacuum, I ordered one.
Yes, the delivery was fine. But.
It came with 55% charge, smashing. So I did start to vacuum. Turned the power up, with yes, a bit more power, yet hardly what I was expecting.
Then I noticed the roller NOT rolling. So I thought ok, maybe something I haven't done. Wrong. All assembled correctly.
I will use this review in an email I will send, expecting a nothing response.
Money wasted.
Don't buy one of these.
The 2*? It does function as a poor vacuum.

This is a scam and not a legitimate company.
Please don't use.
This is a fake company that operates in china.
It is nor has it ever been a company in the UK.

Just an update trustpilot should take down the false "great " reviews it's a scam my bank has registered a dispute with them.the hoover is cheap rubbish the company don't want to know do not waste your money

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from Aspirato on the strength of the glowing (fake) review from David Brown. After reading all the negative reviews on Trustpilot I contacted Aspirato and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They said it was not possible as the item had already been sent. This was 3 minutes after placing the order, so clearly a lie. I will refuse delivery when/if it arrives and take it from there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
Edit -They returned £152 of the £179 that I paid. Not great but better than some have managed. Lesson learned!

No no no…,,, don’t do it, this is a diabolical company I’m experiencing all the same as the bad review. Just had an email offering 5% I e pre -empt the 10 and 20% sent one back saying no, just want return address. Speaking to my bank today so wish me luck. If I don’t get any satisfaction I will be contacting Watchdog on The One Show ... Matt Allwright and Nikki Fox investigate your consumer issues.

They will take your money, reply with automated emails and won't reply for an exchange/refund until the 14 days to contact them are over.

Keep away from aspirato don't get suck in by fake reviews this hoover is a cheap peace of rubbish 1st of all its dropped shipped from China I tried cancelling my order the day after I made it to no joy they told me it had been shipped out so would have wait till it arrives and send it back which would cost me money £14 anyway Customer service are nightmare the hoover is OK if you were paying around £30 for it nothing more just as a stop gap , the charge last about 20 minutes look its a crap stay away fake reviews don't get conned this Company need reporting and closing down

I ordered my vacuum on September 23rd. I contacted Aspirato on 4th of October for an update and on Saturday 7th I got a reply saying my order had shipped. It arrived today (9th October) and I am really pleased with it! It was easy to assemble, it’s lightweight and so quiet compared to my Dyson. It had 50% charge so I was able to vacuum around the kitchen, hall and lounge to test it, and I’m really pleased! After I placed my order, I looked at these reviews and was expecting problems, but thankfully I had none.

I wish there was a zero star rating! This is a scam nothing more nothing less.

I purchased the cordless vacuum and when it arrived I thought it "looked" a descent product but how wrong I was. The performance is just awful with little to no suction.

Thats just the start, on the 1st September, three days after receiving the vacuum I requested a full refund and return address. I currently have a 15 long email thread between me and Aspirato but I'm no closer getting a refund only the offer of a 15% discount.

I have now complained to Klarna, the credit company offering three interest free payments for the vacuum on behalf of Aspirato.

They have been helpful and frozen the outstanding 3rd payment and given Aspirato until the 12th October to refund me the two payments I have made, but its unclear to me whether Klarna will refund me the money I have paid if Aspirato don't meet the deadline.

I'm not holding my breath!!!

I realised shortly after I ordered the vacuum cleaner that the reviews were fake and that I had been scammed. I emailed the following morning and told them to cancel the order as I knew it was a scam and that I was contacting my bank. They replied 3 days later that they couldn't cancel my order as it had already been dispatched. I emailed them again saying that I knew it was coming from this country and was not going to return it to China. I told them again that I was in contact with my bank and Actionfraud in London and that I wanted a refund. Very surprisingly they replied a few days later saying that they were giving me a refund minus 15%. I emailed again saying that I would remain in contact with my bank and Actionfraud until the money was in my bank. I wasn't holding my breath that the money would appear, but this afternoon it did. I have lost £25 , but I have put that down to experience and it's taught me to be very careful about reading fake reviews. Keep persevering. Threaten them with Actionfraud and fingers crossed you might be successful in getting your money back too.

This company it’s a scam because firstly it’s based in china not uk as the website show , I bought hoover and take nearly month to arrived I cancelled my order just few days after placed I sent them multiple email they don’t respond to my questions they just apologies with a tracking link , when the item arrrived after WHILE I didn’t accepted and sent it back they charged me £30 for that , if wanna waste ur money and times go for it but I don’t recommend anybody to go through my bad experience! 0*

The suction on this vacuum is pathetic. Pet hairs are actually swept up but anything heavier just goes round and round the agitator brush until it is switched off. The bits then are dropped onto the floor necessitating a dustpan and brush to sweep up. What a waste of money.

We ordered the vacuum cleaner on a Sunday and realised within a couple of minutes that IT IS a SCAM!! We emailed immediately and had an email back early Monday morning that they had sent the product. It’s 14 days and it has not arrived. We realised quickly that we are not dealing with a professional firm. How can they still be allowed to trade??

The domain name aspirato.co.uk was only registered in March this year and expires in March 2024.

No address on their website and no phone number, so no way to contact them except via email.

Buyers BEWARE.
