Scammed like everyone else. Ordered a hoodie that was never delivered, no response to numerous emails. A cheating, lying shell company with no morals. By the look of it it wasn't just me they screwed, should definitely be investigated by police for fraud and stealing.

Horrendous company, ordered a hoodie and received confirmation email, waited 3+ weeks and it never arrived. Emailed them multiple times but they still have never got back to me, thankfully I purchased it on my credit card and Barclays retrieved my money within a few days. Do NOT waste your time and money with this company.

Spent £23 on a hoodie that never came bad service

Total rip off. Have emailed 3 times to ask where my goods are and no response.

My son ordered a sweatshirt early June and we have not received the sweatshirt. We have contacted them on numerous occasions requesting and update and refund. No response. I would discourage anyone from buying from this company.

Ordered for my son in the beginning of june. Shipping never came and they didn’t reply to my messages. I reported this to the police and also to my bank, and today I got the money back from my bank. They filed a card complaint and is now claiming the money from the company. Just a tip.

Masorini don’t buy nothing at all from them they actually deliver but the quality on the clothing is Horrendous ordered XL and they bring something my 7 year old son would wear and they had the cheek to stick a XL tag on it

I hate them! How can they just take money from people!? I swear it's a group of students behind it, who didn't got a job or money so they started a scam company worldwide.

This store is known to not give their customers what they ordered. Norwegian goverment knows about them and has given them multiple fines (its a norwegian company). If you wanna buy something and test your luck, use either VISA or Mastercard as these will most likely get you a refund.

Do not pay for any items off their site you will not get your order, they do not answer your emails. They should not be able to have a site or Facebook page trading standards should get involved. The name changes to Cally the bear

I never received my order. Many e-mails sent never received a reply from you. But you send invoice reminders. Fraudsters!

Nobody order from this company, they take your money and never send your order. I’m one of many. They never answer emails or messages to Facebook and Instagram. After a few comments warning others, they just blocked me. Seems easier than actually speaking to unhappy customers. Avoid at all costs!, I called my bank today to start a fraud case against them! Order: 17862, I paid my order 21.04.2019 and recieved a receipt by to my email. After that I have had no communication from this company and my order hasnt arrived or hasnt even been shipped. I have tried multiple times to contact the company thru various platforms but I have had no success.

Ordered two sweaters 3 months ago and still haven't received one. They won't answer any messages through email or other social medias. Should've known it's a scam company, since they don't even have their phone number on the site. Never ever buy from them total scam.

After the order confirmation was received on april 25 I have received no news from them. Impossible to contact them via e-mail, chat or facebook. What a mess!

one star is too much, because bad service doesn't include being a scam. I ordered a hoodie two months ago, never got it, never got answers to several mails. Don't buy!!!

Horrendous company! No response to emails when items weren’t delivered. Payed with PayPal so have a chance of getting my money back but still this website needs to be shut down, it’s so wrong because it looks so legit. Sneaky as well because the website is called Callythebear and this is Calvin!

Unfortunately I too paid for a hoodie more than 5 weeks ago, and haven't even received a shipment conformation. Luckily, I read the reviews and paid with Paypal, which helped me return my money. I tried to contact the company over 5 times with 0 responses, and my advise is to not buy anything here. Such a waste, because the products look really cool.
