Calvin the Bear 

I received the wrong sweater and no reply on my e-mails to solve the problem. Unacceptable.

I recieved an order confirmation, and a shipping confirmation. but i can not track my order. I says 3 days shipping but its been a little longer and did not recieve any information. I get no reply on my email.

Was a bit worried before ordering but order arrived exactly within a week within europe and quality of item is great.

Save to buy here.. They keep you posted on when your order is shipped. Service very okay!

Told me it would take three days before package arrived to me, it's been 7 days and I still haven't got anything ...

Nice swaeters but it says 1-2 days to deliver and it took a full week for mee

I'm from Germany and I've been really excited about this sweatshirt. But the delivery took much longer than it was said. And I couldn't find an information about the customs duty on the website. So i had to pay 23€ extra and didn't know this before the purchase.
But otherwise the sweatshirt has very good quality and it's fitting absolutely perfect.

Service was clear and personal. The shipment date and status were easy to check online. The personal 'thank you' after buying a Calvin product made me feel positive about the brand.

My product was shipped but after more than 1 week waiting , is was stil nog arrived !

I orderd a hoodie but never recieved it, and i already sended 2 mails but never got an reply,

Very bad.

For $70 I definitely expect higher quality. The bear is just printed on the sweater. Really bad. Sweater itself is nice, but the quality of the bear is terrible.

Sent several email to change the size of the hoodie and didn't get any reaction or help to explain how to do. Finally sent the S hoodie back with a explanation on paper and hope to get the M hoodie. Don't know yet what will happen a little reaction would give comfort and this is not. May be after this message I might get a reaction

Problem with customs. Not received my order. Didn't get a reply to my mail yet.

I need to return an item an no one is replying to my emails

Got message that my order is sent October 2 and I have still not recieved my order. When I called DHL I’ve got information that my order is not sent yet!!!
So I am still waiting and all I got is the Wish to rate your service.... so now you know Why I am disappointed and the low rating.....
Still hope that my order will show upp though I paid for it in advance and even hope for compensation.

The delivery is on time like they said on the website so i’m proud with my product
