Response to my negative review

I have just received a response from Aspire.
The landlord did phone to see if i were home, but I had no advance notice that he was coming or that it was a viewing with intend to sell
If being told to "Stop messing around " and hanging up on someone isn't rude, our definitions differ. Being told flat out that I'm lying is not being stern or a difference of recall. I have a voice recording from the landlord confirming a initial meeting at the property once the transfer were completed.
At 56 I don't need a "stern" talking to like an errant child.
That to me isn't being professional

Phoebe is outstanding at what she does. very good at communication and i found her easy to work with. i will continue to work with her.

Top service from Phoebe, start to finish. From the first phone call to the eventual sale, we were looked after. All sales have wrinkles and delays, but Phoebe and her associate Chloe, sorted everything efficiently and as quickly as they could. We were kept informed throughout and were really happy with the outcome.

From the very first meeting with Lee, who was brilliant and helped massively when we encountered a couple of problems right through to the completion of the sale of my property, the team at Aspire was great. Big mention again to Lee and to Noura who's communication was great, and always kept me updated throughout. Thank you 🙂

As an expat there are many hurdles to overcome during the property investment process. APG was able to help me through this process in a very professional manner.. Chloe was my Case Progressor and was on point at every step.. Well done to the team there.

I live in Spain and had four buy to let properties to sell. I went to my go to estate agent with whom I have bought and sold many properties. He valued them for me but advised me to evict my very long term tenants , renovate the properties, which if I was in the UK I may have considered as I was a builder. It was very close to Christmas 2023 and my wife and I couldn’t see ourselves going down the eviction route. I’ve followed Jamie Yorks You Yube videos for the past three years and gave him a call. He was in Dubai at the time but called me back and started the ball rolling with his sales team at Aspire Properties. We had been in Spain for a year and half by then and id let all the mandatory annual buy to let regulation paperwork lapse. We informed Aspire of this and they stepped in to help with that and getting contractors to carry out repairs as required. My first contact was with Poppy at Aspire and we had clear talks about the move forward and she made offers on each house. We agreed after some negotiation and the sales were began. Because I had not much paperwork abroad the buyers solicitors made it difficult all the way but Poppy, Terri and Noura from Aspire stepped up and aided my wife and I through everything. We completed our last sale at 2pm today Thursday 3rd October.

I had a advertisement pop up on Facebook. I have a buy to let . I Wanted to sell it .So I made contact. I was very dubious about it .I even thought it might be a con .My first contact was Poppy she sounded really good and put my mind at rest .She had a lock at the property and we agreed a price. Then Noura who also works there made contact with me .She also sounded good .Both ladies are very good and enthusiastic about there job.They use there own solicitors so I didn't have to pay for anything. Once you understand how Aspire make there money. It all just fits into place. It also was very quick. From when I first made contact to getting the money into my bank was 9 and a half weeks .If ever I needed to make contact. I had Poppy and Noura wats app numbers. If they ever they where busy they phoned me straight back Within 5 mins.They both talked me threw the process.
I would highly recommend Aspire and especially Poppy and Noura they are a credit to the company. Many many thanks Tony.

I just need to say this is my first time selling through Aspire and I would use this very professional fantastic company again and I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family as I was overwhelmed with the professional help and amazing understanding and politeness from all the staff. Really good experience buy my first property with APG. Can’t fault them!

I originally contacted Aspire as I was interested in purchasing two buy to lets. An initial meeting/discussion was arranged with Toyan and I agreed to a further meeting. This all went smoothly at which point I was asked to sign the agreement and pay their fee.
Unfortunately, my father had an accident and fractured his spine understandably he was my priority. I explained this to Toyan.
However, I felt pressured to signing the agreement. Which I did & paid them the fee.
When my farther was out of hospital and a bit better a few weeks later I had some additional questions.
At this point the service went done hill. Agreed call backs and follow ups didn’t happen. Incorrect information was provided. Mainly on the part of Lucas who is Toyan’s manager. The first property that was sourced for me did not meet the criteria I had agreed with Toyan. Approximately £12k more than my agreed budget.
This together with the other issues mentioned I had a change of heart as I had lost confidence in the company.
I explained my concerns to Toyan. He requested I put my complaint in writing. Which I did on the 19th of August. I have chased several times and have not heard anything.
It is an unacceptable level of service.
It’s a shame as I followed Jamie Yorke on YouTube as well as some other companies and did my due diligence and felt his passion and his companies ethos and style was suited to my needs & requirements. Hence I chose them.
I will need to look into how to escalate my complaint further.
From my experience all I can say is be careful and don’t get rushed into making any decisions unless you are absolutely sure

My limited knowledge of property was more than compensated by Aspire's expertise. Their team was always ready to assist, offering knowledgeable, effective, and successful service. The entire process was hassle-free, making the experience smooth and straightforward. Now, I've secured my first buy-to-let property, confident that with Aspire's help, I've gotten one of the best investments possible for my money in the UK and all without ever leaving home.

I approached Aspire in order to sell a BTL and was very happy with the offer given and so went ahead with them. It’s great to have all fees paid as well as a decent offer. My point of contact has been Poppy, a really competent young lady who is invested in making the experience as easy as possible for the seller. I visited the office to complete paperwork and found this so helpful, and felt very reassured that I could always pop in any time if I needed to see them in person. Any queries I had were dealt with professionally and in a very nice manner. My case handler Terri was also there to help the sale go through smoothly and as a combination they worked very well on my behalf. I’d say I am very happy, especially as I completed today!

I just completed my first purchase with Aspire Property Group. Overall the process was smooth due to a very helpful and proactive team. The highlight was working with Noura. Noura was committed to and successfully made the process seamless and handsfree. She provided regular updates and punctually prompted me when actions were required from my side. She frequently went the extra mile, for example, she took the time to educate me on the buying process, which was important given I had multiple properties in the pipeline. She had fantastic energy and was always available to support. Apart from this, minor areas of improvement include: setting up the mortgage could have been more organised (but not the responsibility of Aspire) and I had three calls that were missed without being informed in advance (not from Noura), which I personally found impolite and unprofessional, but I had open and honest conversations about these points and they were settled.

Thank you Chloe and Terri for a speedy completion. ❤️ no issues all plain sailing in less than 10 weeks. 100% recommend ASPIRE PROPERTY. Chloe and Terri working above and beyond to make the sale easy peezy. Great company from start to finish.
