A great 2nd transaction and Claire was there all the way helping seller and our tenants .

We found Aspire about a year ago while getting ready to sell our family home as we wanted some solid ideas of how to invest the money. We discussed some investment options with Jamie and decided we'll go ahead and buy a few properties with thier assistance with the proceeds from the sale. We were assigned Terri as our account manager and she has been super helpful from the get-go. She presented us with a great property and managed the whole process seamlessly, liaising with the seller and our lawyer which was especially important as our house sale took a lot longer then anticipated and the seller was getting (understandibly) frustrated. Having a dedicated WhatsApp chat helped immensly as communication was quick and eficient. We just moved into the renovation stage of our investment and this process also looks very well designed and simple to follow, again Terri is with us each step of the way, making sure we're well informed and reassured. So far so good, as they say!

I signed up to Aspire early 2025 and the experience has been excellent end to end. Toyan was my initial contact in the sales process after which I was handed over to the Account Management team where Chloe was designated to me.
Chloe was instrumental in securing and guiding me through our first property which was acquired, refurbished and let out very smoothly. Key person involved in refurb was Jack, Emma and for lettings Luke who were all excellent.
We have just agreed on our second property and are progressing fast. Whilst real estate in general can be slow, Aspire team always do whatever is in their control to fast track the process via regular follow ups.

Highly recommend Aspire, Terri has been with us every step of the way. Any problems or something your not sure about she will help you through it, she makes it so easy for us from start to finish we owned a property within 2 months. Highly recommend 😃

I reached out to Aspire a while ago while I was navigating my way through endless how to invest in property videos.
After a few months I got my first deal over the line completed, refurbed and rented in 3 months.
Last month Aspire reached out to me to help with my next one. I was set up with a call with Toyan.
I explained to Toyan I had actually finished a deal a couple of months ago and was making offers on my next one. I ran the figures on my first deal with him and he was really honest with me and advised I should stick at it on my own for a bit. No hard sell and not dismissive at all after not doing a deal. In fact he was super helpful and to be honest he's give me confidence that I can do good deals and keep going on my investing journey.
Thought it was really refreshing that he took this approach and continued to be helpful and supportive on our call.

As a solicitor working with a good broker plays a huge difference in the speed and efficiency and Aspire's approach throughout and constant availability for assistance has made a huge impact in getting a deal across the line pre-xmas, which im sure made a huge impact for their clients who faced large interest payments. Dan Buchan and Terri Kyle in particular were fantastic, I look forward to working with them again

I have joined their Elite Property Trading Academy to get started in property and have gained a wealth of knowledge. Most of the training videos are around 3 hours long and I have learned more than what I may have gotten just from YouTube itself or any other property business out there! You are provided with checklists along the way so that when you complete one item, you can move on with the rest. Do be aware that as you are setting up a business, there will be initial outlay but this can be done over time, not all at once.

Terri is very helpful and prompt with communication! Toyan was insightful too. I really enjoyed working with Aspire Group to invest in property. It was a good choice to go with them for my first property.
