We bought a house for investment through Aspire in 2023, we can share with you that they DONT provide hand-free management! Also lack of communication and messy information.

First of all, we won’t have a direct contact person, we often being “pass around” to different person.
For one matter, we need to ask and chase many times, calls.

Second, we need to check statements carefully, there were some charges are not necessary and overcharge.

Renovation again and again, process not transparent, this is how they make money from us.

Also they dont follow our request as an owner to stop the renovation and they refused to give us back a refund.
We called and emailed before the renovation work started, but the work still carry on for no reason and with no communication with us.
They kept us waiting and said they said need to communicate with the workers about the refund.
All of a sudden in March 2025, the team told us that the renovation was done back in Jan 2025 and no refund can be made, so for the 2 months waiting time we don’t know what was happened.
We don’t see any photo or video of the before and after work of the renovation.

We are now losing money and experiencing mental health issues for all these back and forth chasing, they still don’t refund for their mistakes of lack of communication with all parties.

Shocking to deal with, all ways too busy to answer the phone, a week for an email reply... genuinely shocked by their competence.

I just finished purchasing my first property with aspire property group. Shout out to Claire for managing everything so smoothly, she kept me informed along the way helped with anything I asked promptly. Considering I work abroad the whole experience was super easy. I would highly recommend aspire and the team and look forward to working with them for my next property purchase.

First time using Aspire. We were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get a result. Each stage was efficient and well organised, with good communication. Special thanks to Chloe who kept an eye on the latter progress. Looking forward to the next stage now.
Regarding the refurb stage, - this started off well, but progress came to a halt 7 weeks ago (June). Originally advised 2 - 3 months refurb max;- it is now approaching month 5 (August). Communication v poor and at times non-existent. We are so far 2 month's mortgage payments down. There is no reasonable explanation for the ongoing delay. It does not take 7 weeks to finish off a couple of basic items in the original quote and get an electrician and carpenter's quote for a few extras. We have spent a lot of time chasing for responses which is not exactly the "hands off" process advertised - particularly disappointing given that we paid up front for this. No-one seems to be in charge driving things forward - we expected a company of this calibre to have a system/better structure in place. Extremely disappointed. Lets hope things can be resolved quickly now the Customer Success Team has been in contact.
Update: We were contacted by Emma from the Customer Success Tean in August. Emma was excellent, understood the problems and was extremely quick at organising the finalisation of the refurb. Fast forward to September, a tennant's application has now been approved and we are looking forward to letting the property out.

A 5 star experience all round especially from Noura my case manager who was amazing from start to finish. Every question was answered speedily and I was always kept up to date on everything the moment any movement in the process happened. Finally I am now the proud owner of my first Buy to Let property thanks to Noura and team! Super happy!

An absolute amazing company to be working with. Claire is an asset to the company, she checks up on you and keeps you up to date every step of the way. absolute shit show of a company.

1st time we arrange to view the house, it was apparently “not clean enough” to view and cancelled 30 minutes prior to viewing.

2nd time which was a week later they rang the day before the viewing to say it was again “not clean enough” to view to which we said we don’t mind we still want to view it regardless. Then the day of the viewing we set off to view the house, again, 30 minutes prior to viewing they rang to say they didn’t even have the keys to the house? Which is pathetic. How can you take photos of the house? Go into the house for cleaners to clean it? Go inside the house to say it’s not clean enough if you “don’t have the keys for it” ?

Pathetic group of amateurs who can’t even do their job.

I just finished my second property purchase with Aspire. Can’t speak highly enough of how efficient and pain free they make the whole process. No request or question is too much and the level of detail is always there.

Shout out to Toyan for his help in the early stages and then Chloe for managing the whole process seamlessly start to finish!

Another property sale completed today with Apsire. Not a straight forward one this time. Clear and easy communication though with Terri (and Phoebe) has meant everything is all sorted and complete! Terri has been professional and easy to deal with throughout.

Working with Teri, Noura, Chloe and Claire has been a breath of fresh air! They work closely with you as the Solicitor and make the transaction very smooth with their understanding and progression.
