If I could negative stars I would. Placed my St Patrick's day order on February 2. It is now March 27 and my order has been in "transit" for 7 weeks. No communication from this company.

Don't know why I didn't read reviews before ordering. Ordered a sweater on Jan 2. Tracking through the website says it's been sitting in Albuquerque since Jan 30. Other tracking sites can't fine the tracking number at all. Seems unlikely that I'm ever going to receive this and based on the reviews, doesn't sound like I'm going to be happy with the sweater anyway. Live and learn, I guess.

They sent me an incorrect item.... and the item that they did send me was butt ugly!!! I asked for them to refund me my 27.99 or to send me the correct item. Their response was... *we can refund you 8 dollars*.
This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!;
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

I bought a T Shirt in USD, thinking I was on a USA website. I am from Australia. The T Shirt tracking after a month disappeared. I emailed the company and they said they would send another T Shirt immediately with another new tracking number. The same thing has happened. This site is a scam and the T Shirt is coming from China not the USA. This is a breach of their advertising. I should have read the reviews first, next time I will be more diligent. As I had paid with Paypal, I have now been refunded the cost of the T Shirt.

This is a scam company. Their products are not made in America as advertised. The items are poor quality. It took over a month to get my order and after reading reviews I am lucky to have gotten my items at all. I ordered 2 shirts. Both were the wrong ones. No customer service. Website is sketchy. Just stay away. There are better companies out there. NOT worth the frustration.

This company is not only a rip off and an ambulance chasing piece of garbage of a company but they do not know how to spell
OZZY. I got a shirt that says OZTY. THE MOST IGNORANT COMPANY I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY. They also charged me 17% sales tax then offered a $2 refund after I paid out over $36 for this crap show of a shirt.

Absolute rubbish of a shirt. Thin flimsy see through material, no tags or anything. Piece of shit. The print was supposed to say “Ozzy” but it has “Oz+y”. Do not buy. Wasted $20 USD.

I read this company was based in the US. It is Not! The return policy is NOT what they say on their website. I wanted to return $40 worth of merch and they said the logistics to do that were not worth it. They offered me $17 credit and I get to keep two items which I don't want. Would never order from this company again. Too many lies.

Same experience as the other people. The website claims to donate to parks department. I purchased a shirt supporting national parks. First tracking was from Ireland then the second was from China and some BS about, can’t find your address. my house hasn’t moved since 1967when it was built. Have to go through my bank’s fraud department now to get resolution because they are only offering for me to spend more money to replace the shirt

So, thought that I was supporting our National Park Service by ordering a t-shirt through Assessmeny. I followed tracking which supposedly started in China, went through customs and ended up at various distribution centers in the US, then showed that it ended up at my local PO. The last tracking info states that it was delivered to "an individual at the address..." on a date when no one was home. Although Assessmeny support has responded to several emails that I have sent, I do not feel that I will get either a refund or my shirt. When I showed the tracking info to a clerk at the PO, he said that it might be a scam, but they will check with the carrier who would have delivered on the date stated. He also said that he has seen similiar tracking info associated with scams. I have not yet reached out to PayPal, but that will be my next course of action. Very disappointed...

After two months, package was delivered to Oregon. The wrong coast….contacted customer support and they wanted a photo of the label. I’m not traveling 3000 miles to get it.

Ordered a resist bear shirt, said some of proceeds went to alt park. Then got a shipping notice from Italy, then one from China, then one says delivered to a different address in a different state. After opening a PayPal claim suddenly I get one that says delivered to my address which it never was. Total rip off, PayPal should cancel their ability to use it. Scam company, stay away.

Never arrived dont buy from this company or any that look similar...

When I ordered, I found their site to be glitchy, which raised a red flag. I tried to cancel the order. No luck.
Then I tried contacting them. No response.
When I finally did get a response, it appears that an AI kept assuring me the package was on the way -- even after I continually told them I wanted to cancel. They never read my emails.
Finally got the shirt. Inferior quality. I paid through PayPal and told them I'd rather pay for returning the shirt as long as that company didn't get my my money.
At least it's taught me to be a lot more paranoid about ordering from new companies. Supposedly sent from Hungary, China, and who knows where else. Steer clear.
The only reason I can think that this company doesn't have a general rating of 1 star is that the company must be puting in fake reviews.

I ordered National Park shirt and hat over 5 weeks ago. Still hasn’t arrived and no reply from their customer support. I’ve been scammed.

I ordered a Parks Service tee shirt and a "Gulf of Mexico" hat from Assessmeny. As a number of others have stated, they did not come from the US, mine started out in Portugal. Took 4 weeks to receive and the tee shirt is the strangest fabric, definitely not what I consider tee shirt material. Is is nylon, polyester, who knows, but it is shiny and slick with on a tag that say "L". No brand name. washing instructions, etc. The hat seems to be fine, so no issues there. I have not been able to determine if I was back charged for taxes. I will not buy from these people again.

I ordered 4 shirts that took a month to receive and my credit card was charged $16.55 in tax after I approved the original purchase with no mention of this tax! Looks like they came from China. I ended up paying $25 per shirt. I won’t buy from this company again.

So 4 t shirts to support the National Parks were almost $100 and took almost a month to arrive. The fabric is very, very thin- almost like a nylon blend. No tags at all so no content nor washing instructions. Best of all?? My long sleeve women’s shirt had the sleeves and the collar sewn on inside out! And the sleeves weren’t overlock stitched. When I let them know with pictures I was told that they could give me an $8 refund but the factory assured them the correct order was sent. Correct shirt made incorrectly. I took the $8 and again sent the pictures of the mistake- zero acknowledgement. I’d never re order !

I bought 2 tee T-shirts and a hat to support the National Parks Service, which was to be made in the USA. Now I'm seeing $13.74 sales tax on a $50 order> That is ludicrous and very deceptive, as no mention of this was made before placing the order. Where the heck is it coming from???? I certainly am questioning this company now.... Is this an April Fool's joke on me...

I ordered 3 t shirts from Assessmeny because it stated the shirt was made in the USA and supports National Parks. Now, shipping details says it is starting delivery in France and waiting to see where it goes next before I get it.. It is a company who deceives you. Very disappointed in myself for ordering from an unknown company. I'm not sure I'll get what I'm hoping for.
