I would not even give it 1 star! Ordered a sweater for Christmas on December 10th, they guaranteed pre Christmas arrival, it is now January 9th, still nothing. They claim to be manufactured in Nashville however when i received the first shipping notification, the location said it was being shipped from some unheard of location in Italy. Occasional shipping updates came but once it reached California, I received no more updates.

I purchased 4 items from Rainbowclaw. First they overcharged me and with help from Pay Pal, I was reimbursed the overage. Then I received only 2 of the 4 items and they would not respond to 3 emails along with pictures of what I received. Finally, going through Pay Pal once again, they agreed to issue me a refund if I would return the items I never received. I had to for the 3rd time go through Pay Pal and received a refund voucher as Pay Pal was going to investigate them for fraud. Rainbowclaw has wonderful clothing but are not reliable nor customer service friendly

I purchased a sweater for my wife. After arguing by email with the company, they told me that the package was lost by the shipping company and that they would re-ship the order. After they reshipped the package, I finally got a tracking number for my package. When the package arrived, it was not what I ordered. I contacted the customer service and they told me that the product that I ordered was not in stock and that they would refund me $4 for a $39 item. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. I would never make a purchase from this company again. I would advise people to never order from this company, it is a Chinese scam company.

Zero starts would be my choice. Overcharging for items, and cannot get it cancelled. After disputing the overcharge, it was refunded. They claim that the package was sent. and it shows 2 days after the cancellation was received, they created the label. They do not respond after your order if you request a refund / Return information. Wish I read the reviews first. Lesson learned

Obviously not a very reliable “So called Christian” site. Order shirts on September 22 and they still have not arrived on October 15. They were to be worn Oct 14th . Site said out of a American warehouse but came from overseas. Totally rediculous. I have been ripped off by many but I trusted a Christian site.

Not even one Star! They are scammers that accept money for products that are not as advertised. They are cheap, clothing that doesn’t even have a tag to tell you the fiber. You will not be able to get your money back!!!! Don’t buy from them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been going back and forth to send items back that I don't want and I'm still waiting on information where to send it back to. They send out one email daily trying to get me to accept a credit of 4.00 on a 23.00 T shirt. It has been a nightmare trying to get this resolved.

I ordered a specific size shirt that was sent to me. However, this company FAILS MISERABLY to indicate it is in International measures and not U.S. I deem it equivalent to child wear as it was NO WHERE close to what was expected. In my correspondence I received a “blow off” and a suggestion of a $2 refund. I find that pathetic and very poor customer service to not have a refund method in play. DO NOT TRUST this Company!

They are not out of California. What they have on their website is not what they send. You can’t read the words on the shirt. They do not provide what they advertise and they will not refund for shoddy work. They are a horrible company. Stay away! Took them a month to send the bad merchandise. Says online that they ship from California but they shipped from Denmark. It’s a scam.

Ordered for my grandson for vacation but haven't received either shirt and it's been over a month and vacation has come and gone! Will NEVER purchase anything else from them!!!!!

Poor poor customer service, this company still has not shipped my order since Nov. 2024 and when asked about following up on my order no response, poor service and i will be filing a complaint

Do Not Buy From This Company! It took close to a month to get my package. I ordered a WHITE sweatshirt, what I received was a cheap, light purple top. It looked nothing like the sweatshirt online. I contacted the company with photos, their reply? Give the top to someone and they would refund me $4.00! I replied not acceptable. They then said they would refund me $8.00. I said not acceptable...that I either wanted the correct color/sweatshirt sent out, or for them to provide a Free Return Label for a full refund. They again denied any wrongdoing and said their final offer was for $11.00 and that "a little color difference is normal"!! Here's a question....how can there be a color difference in WHITE?? White is the absence of color. White is White. And they didn't send me a white sweatshirt. They should be ashamed selling Christian products and scamming people. I told them to keep their $11.00 and I would report them. Shameful. :-(

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been trying to cancel my order and return items, but to no avail. First, they would not cancel within the hour of my order. They said I had to wait for the merchandise and then return. When I tried to ask for an address, they would not give it to me. I sent the shirts via UPS, which was a $18 extra expense, to the California address on the package. Apparently, that is not the address where the company is based. I asked more than 4 times why the California address is not the correct return address. The company has avoided my question each time. They want to refund me $4/shirt. I said no. Then $8/shirt. I said no. Then $10/shirt. I said no. On and on it goes! I want at least a refund of $60 for $83 I spent on 3 shirts, plus another $18 on UPS shipping. I also filed a dispute through my credit card company. Order from Amazon everyone, not this company! They do not act in good faith!

I ordered something in December. My sweat shirt never arrived. I e-mailed the customer service e-mail that was provided. They provided me with a tracking number. My local post office informed me it was a fake tracking number.

They're terrible. Two months for the order to arrive. They provided some bogus tracking program that showed my package bouncing between Macon and NYC. Then it says the package was delivered to my box. I did not receive a package, and they will not give me my money back (but I now get spam from all over the world in my inbox). Don't order from them

I ordered a sweater for my wife for Christmas. It arrived January 18 only to find out it was not a sweater but just a long sleeve shirt and then you charged me twice for it and I received another long sleeve shirt not a sweater I would like to have my money back and I will send you your stupid shirts

I received my order after the holiday; and it was not suitable for gifting. I have repeatedly tried to contact them through their website for return instructions to no avail. This company must be reported to authorities.

Horrible company. I’m trying to return something that arrived late (2 months) and horribly made. Getting a run around. Do not buy from these people
