I too am waiting

I too am waiting. No package and no way to track order!! The ‘track’ function takes me back to shopping. You can’t even call or email. Never again! Shame on y’all.

The worst shipping ever

The worst shipping ever! I ordered at the beginning of November and I’m still waiting on my package! It is January 6th!!!! When you try and reach out to customer service it’s an AI bot responding saying sorry the shipping is backed up. This is ridiculous and I would never order from them again. My tracking said shipping from Ireland at first then after weeks of waiting they sent me another tracking that said it is coming from china…. The package supposedly has been in Atlanta for over a month where I live??? What’s taking so long. When I I asked for a refund the bit says we are working on your shipping and it is delayed. My Christmas presents never showed up. This site is a JOKE!

Never again!

I ordered the blue sweatshirt on 11/23. Allegedly, it was delivered to my front porch on 12/9. There was no package found on my porch. I checked with neighbors and searched through the bushes around my porch. The company is not cooperating with me by identifying the carrier or a photo of the delivery. Judging by the reviews below, it may be just as well that I didn’t receive it. The reported quality may have been embarrassing to give as a Christmas gift. However, I’m out $38+ and no one cares.

After waiting forever for three items…

After waiting forever for three items and reading reviews… I was quite disappointed in the material that is used!!!!!! Will not recommend this to anyone! SHEIN is the same! Cheap and you can pay the same price and get better at your own church!!!! Wow I am afraid to wear it! Itchy and uncomfortable to say the least!

Women’s Christian Cross Hoodie

I ordered the women’s Christian Cross hooded sweatshirt for my wife. When it arrived it was 1+ sizes too small, I ordered a large but it fit her like a toght medium. Also the material was a cheap fleece not a heavy cotton sweatshirt material. I would not order again.

Did not receive by Christmas!!

UPDATE: It is January 4th, still haven’t received my order!!! Tracking still shows it’s in transit!! They will not refund even though I have not received merchandise
I placed my order on 11/29 and I still have not received it! These were to be Christmas presents but I’m headed out of town tomorrow so I had to purchase 3 replacement gifts! When you track, the locations are very general so you don’t even know where it’s at. First tracking info shows it’s coming from Ireland. When I emailed complaining to customer service, they responded with new tracking info showing it’s coming from China! Extremely frustrated. They should be up front about shipping time to the US on their website.

I’m just not giving it 1 star for now

I’m giving it 1 star for now. I placed my order on 11/26 and I still don’t have it. This was supposed to be a Christmas present but I’m headed out of town to go to our gathering tomorrow morning and i still don’t have my purchase yet. When you track the locations are very general so you don’t even know where it’s at. So it will most likely arrive at my home when no one is here so the package will be vulnerable to porch pirates. Super frustrated. Do not order from here unless you can wait at least 6 weeks. They should be up front about shipping time to the US on their website.

Don’t purchase from here!!!!

It took a month for my item to be delivered. The picture online was misleading and the quality of the product is terrible. Their website says they refund if you’re not satisfied which is a lie. I paid over $40 for an item that looks and feels awful only be told they would offer me $5 USD and that’s their best offer”. Do NOT waste your time or money with this company. Awful customer service!

The sweatshirt arrived in excellent…

The sweatshirt arrived in excellent condition; the packaging was sturdy and secure. No wrinkles or damages were found on the product. The package was easy to open, ensuring a great unboxing experience. The delivery was prompt too. Overall, I am satisfied with the packaging and quick delivery.

If I could choose zero

If I could choose zero, I would choose zero. I ordered one XX large. They sent me at least eight of them. The quality is not good. It feels like pure polyester for sure. Do not like them at all.

I order a look like sweatshirt and got this square looking T-shirt does not enhance my figure, drup like a rag hanging ask for a refund since the material is definitely not of a sweatshirt. Here is what I got back.
“Sorry you are not satisfied with our products.
Under the circumstance that we did not send the wrong goods, we cannot provide you with return and exchange services.
If you need to return or exchange, we need to report and verify your problem to the after-sales department, which will take a long time.
Therefore, we recommend that you keep this item.
Thank you for your understanding.”

So sad they advertise Jesus on such a poor quality material. Not a T-shirt, not a sweatshirt some kind of very poor clothing item.

This is a terrible businesses

This is a terrible business. After waiting for over a month, they claimed that they lost the parcel. When I asked to get the money back, they asked to pay for the lost shipment and product I didn't received.
Please don't waste your money. I don't believe it's a legitimate business.
This is the email.they sent me

We are so sorry for what happened.
As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office.
What's more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither.

In this case, we have two solutions for you:
1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
(And please give us your correct and complete shipping address if you choose solution 1. )

Not What You pay for!

Not What You pay for!
Company Not in CA. They falsely advertised the 2 tops I ordered, fabric wise, then offer $5 & then $8 “refund” … & suggested I give away what I spent over $50 on since “ international” returns are so costly!
Truly rip off company & should not be in business
