Run away from this broker

Run away from this broker. They are nothing but a scam.

Everything was going smoothly when my account was in loss, but the moment I started making profits, they suddenly blocked my account claiming “HFT violations.”

I emailed support more than 5 times with no response. I even contacted the person who claimed to be my account manager, and all I was told was that “management is reviewing it” and that it could take up to 3 months. What a joke.

I requested to simply withdraw my own funds and let them keep their account, but it seems they intend to hold traders’ money indefinitely.

This company is set up to scam unsuspecting traders. Be extremely careful before depositing with them.

Subject: Final Request to Release Blocked Withdrawals and Restore Account


Dear ASSEX Markets Support & Compliance Team,
I am submitting this final request regarding my blocked account and rejected withdrawal requests.
I have already provided screenshots and proof showing that multiple withdrawal requests submitted on 2 March were continuously declined and blocked by your system. These withdrawals include different amounts such as:
399 USD
511 USD
480 USD
470 USD
401 USD
600 USD
405 USD
471 USD
and many other withdrawals
All these withdrawal requests were placed from my trading account under the name Niaz Ahmad, but until now my funds are still blocked and my account has not been restored.
I respectfully request your team to:
Immediately review my full trading history
Explain the exact reason for blocking my withdrawals
Restore and unblock my account
Release all pending withdrawal funds without further delay
I have cooperated with your verification process and provided the required information, but my issue still remains unresolved.
If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with official public complaints and reports against ASSEX Markets on financial review and complaint platforms.
I hope your compliance department will handle this matter fairly and professionally.

Subject: Urgent Final Complaint – Unfair Account Restriction & Withdrawal Denial


Dear Compliance, Risk Management & Support Team,
I am submitting this final formal complaint regarding the repeated restriction of my account and the unfair handling of my withdrawal request.
Your company first restricted my account and accused me of “automated trading activity” and “high-frequency trading.” However, later your own support team officially restored my account access through email confirmation.
After receiving confirmation that my account had been restored, I trusted your platform again and submitted a withdrawal request for my funds. Instead of processing the withdrawal, your company declined the withdrawal request without any proper reason and restricted the account again.
This sequence of actions is contradictory and highly concerning:
First, you permanently restrict the account.
Then you officially restore access.
Then after I request withdrawal, you decline it.
Then you restrict the account again.
This behavior raises serious concerns regarding transparency, fairness, and the safety of client funds.
Additionally, your withdrawal rejection email provided no explanation at all. The message simply stated:
“Withdrawal request for 574.00 USD has been declined.” “Reason: .”
An empty reason is completely unacceptable for a financial platform handling customer funds.
I strongly deny any intentional violation of your policies. If there is any issue, I request full proof and a detailed investigation report instead of repeated automatic restrictions.
I formally demand the following immediately:
Approval and release of my remaining funds
Removal of unfair restrictions on my account
A complete written explanation regarding:
the alleged policy violation,
the restoration of the account,
and the later withdrawal rejection
Confirmation of the exact amount available for withdrawal
If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with escalation through:
Trustpilot public review and complaint
Scam-reporting forums and financial watchdog websites
Public sharing of all screenshots, emails, and evidence
Further complaints to any relevant regulatory or consumer protection authorities
I expect a professional and transparent resolution without further delay.

This broker first accused me of automated trading and permanently restricted my account. Later, they officially restored my account access through email confirmation.
After trusting them again, I requested withdrawal of my funds. Immediately after that, they declined the withdrawal without giving any reason and restricted the account again.
Their own email literally says:
“Withdrawal request for 574.00 USD has been declined.” “Reason: .”
No explanation at all.
This behavior is extremely suspicious and unprofessional. A broker should not repeatedly restore accounts and then block withdrawals while holding client funds.
I request immediate release of my funds and full transparency regarding these repeated restrictions and withdrawal denials.

I am submitting an official complaint regarding my blocked MT5 trading account and pending withdrawal.

MT5 Account Number: 354094

My withdrawal request of approximately $1600 is still stuck/pending and has not been processed. In addition, my account has been blocked/restricted without a proper explanation.

I request your team to immediately:

- Review my full trading and account history.
- Process and release my pending withdrawal.
- Remove the restriction/block from my MT5 account.
- Provide a clear explanation for the delay.

I have completed all required verification and trading procedures, yet my funds are still being held.

If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with:

- Posting detailed public reviews on Trustpilot,
- Filing complaints with financial authorities,
- Reporting the matter as potential fraud/scam activity.

They are purposely sending more…

They are purposely sending more marketing emails after requesting to unsubscribe. They like to spam. For each email they send me I will be writing more reviews. Dear trust pilot if you want evidence I can send you videos or screen shot that they are doing it on purpose and not letting customers to unsubscribe. Rubbish company.

My experience with AssexMarkets Global Limited has been extremely bad and stressful

My MT5 account number is 304418 and my name is Muhammad Asif. My experience with AssexMarkets Global Limited has been extremely bad and stressful. At the start, everything looked fine. I opened an account, got IB approval, and added around 10 clients. All clients deposited money and trading was going smoothly. As long as we were in loss, there was no issue at all.

But the moment we recovered our losses and started making profit, everything changed. First, a few withdrawals were approved, but then they suddenly started rejecting withdrawals without giving any clear reason.

After that, they blocked and suspended my account with a false claim of “bot trading.” This is completely wrong. I was doing normal manual trading based on market analysis, and they have no proof at all.

Now they are holding my $1100 and around $5000 of my clients’ money. This is a serious issue.

The worst part is their support no replies, no help, no response at all. It feels like they just disappear when you ask for your money.

I strongly warn everyone: be very careful. Everything looks good in the beginning, but once you start making profit, you may lose access to your account and your money

My experience with this broker has been…

My experience with this broker has been extremely disappointing and suspicious.
I deposited $10 using cryptocurrency, and the transaction was successfully sent from my wallet. However, the funds never reflected in my trading account. I contacted their support team to resolve the issue, but I did not receive any meaningful help or solution.
Because the deposit never appeared in my account, I also could not withdraw the money. This raises serious concerns about the transparency and reliability of this broker.
Crypto transactions are irreversible, which makes this situation even more frustrating. Traders should be very careful before sending money to this platform.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise people to do thorough research and avoid risking their funds here until the company proves it is trustworthy.

These people are criminals.

These people are criminals.
Every trade i opened was in 30 to 40 pips loss already .
Manipulative spreads.
Ive been trying to withdraw all to no avail.
Even support dosent respond.

You must work on your services and trustworthiness

I have not used your services before if you claim to be an ECN then by now All Nigerian Forex traders would be at your doorstep but this 2.4 reviews is very bad do you know what am ECN is you are a bridge to the main market not a book broker stop using questionable influencers let the public reviews talk for itself 10 people can't lie you need to do a massive campaign advising with better services I want to see you have 4 to 5 stars this year

Do not deposit to assexmarkets

Do not deposit to assexmarkets, they do not want to see you make profit, they will steal your money. They removed $5,735 from my account. My balance currently shows on MT5 while on their website it shows $0.00, their customer service said it’s a user interface error, For days now nothing has been done and they are slowly disappearing. What the don’t know is I wouldn’t let this go, we would trough law enforcement trace all the bank accounts they operate in Nigeria. If this is what they do, they have done it to the wrong person.

I deposited USD 1,005 into my Assexmarket account. Without my consent, prior notice, or any legal justification, you illegally deducted USD 400, leaving only USD 605

Despite having available balance, I was prevented from submitting a withdrawal request. My account was then blocked without explanation.
Later, I was informed that my account had been unblocked, but upon attempting withdrawal again, my account was blocked for the second time.

These actions constitute:

Unauthorized fund confiscation

Deliberate withdrawal obstruction

Abuse of broker authority

Violation of client fund protection principles

I hereby formally demand within 72 HOURS:

1. Immediate and permanent unblocking of my account

2. Full refund of the illegally deducted USD 400

3. Immediate processing of my full withdrawal
