Run away from this broker. They are nothing but a scam.
Everything was going smoothly when my account was in loss, but the moment I started making profits, they suddenly blocked my account claiming “HFT violations.”
I emailed support more than 5 times with no response. I even contacted the person who claimed to be my account manager, and all I was told was that “management is reviewing it” and that it could take up to 3 months. What a joke.
I requested to simply withdraw my own funds and let them keep their account, but it seems they intend to hold traders’ money indefinitely.
This company is set up to scam unsuspecting traders. Be extremely careful before depositing with them.

Your company first restricted my account and accused me of “automated trading activity” and “high-frequency trading.” However, later your own support team officially restored my account access through email confirmation.
After receiving confirmation that my account had been restored, I trusted your platform again and submitted a withdrawal request for my funds. Instead of processing the withdrawal, your company declined the withdrawal request without any proper reason and restricted the account again.
This sequence of actions is contradictory and highly concerning:
First, you permanently restrict the account.

They are purposely sending more marketing emails after requesting to unsubscribe. They like to spam. For each email they send me I will be writing more reviews. My MT5 account number is 304418 and my name is Muhammad Asif. My experience with AssexMarkets Global Limited has been extremely bad and stressful. At the start, everything looked fine. I opened an account, got IB approval, and added around 10 clients. All clients deposited money and trading was going smoothly. As long as we were in loss, there was no issue at all.
But the moment we recovered our losses and started making profit, everything changed. First, a few withdrawals were approved, but then they suddenly started rejecting withdrawals without giving any clear reason.
After that, they blocked and suspended my account with a false claim of “bot trading.” This is completely wrong. I was doing normal manual trading based on market analysis, and they have no proof at all.
Now they are holding my $1100 and around $5000 of my clients’ money. This is a serious issue.
The worst part is their support no replies, no help, no response at all. It feels like they just disappear when you ask for your money.
I strongly warn everyone: be very careful. Everything looks good in the beginning, but once you start making profit, you may lose access to your account and your money

My experience with this broker has been extremely disappointing and suspicious.
I deposited $10 using cryptocurrency, and the transaction was successfully sent from my wallet. However, the funds never reflected in my trading account. I contacted their support team to resolve the issue, but I did not receive any meaningful help or solution.
Because the deposit never appeared in my account, I also could not withdraw the money. This raises serious concerns about the transparency and reliability of this broker.
Crypto transactions are irreversible, which makes this situation even more frustrating. Traders should be very careful before sending money to this platform.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise people to do thorough research and avoid risking their funds here until the company proves it is trustworthy.

Do not deposit to assexmarkets, they do not want to see you make profit, they will steal your money. They removed $5,735 from my account. My balance currently shows on MT5 while on their website it shows $0.00, their customer service said it’s a user interface error, For days now nothing has been done and they are slowly disappearing. What the don’t know is I wouldn’t let this go, we would trough law enforcement trace all the bank accounts they operate in Nigeria. If this is what they do, they have done it to the wrong person.
