I am especially grateful as I had to return the ordered (excellent) product in the end as it proved unsuitable for my husband due to the particularities of his condition. Donna was friendly and helpful and arranged for a little extra trial time so we could be sure of our decision and then facilitated a very easy return process.

i am very pleased with the beACRE rolator, it keeps me far more upright, the design of the handles creates far less pressure on my damaged wrists. It is far more stable than the three wheeler I already have, and it goes well over our gravel drive too!

The ultralight rollator deserves its name. It is the only rollator that I can lift with ease and put in the boot of my car. I am ninety and I have spinal troubles. It certainly makes one stand up properly and it moves with ease. I am delighted and grateful to the designers! It came beautifully packed and was ready to use.
