Easy to navigate website and prompt delivery

Ordered one day and it was delivered a couple of days later… and I live on an Island! Came ready assembled which was a huge help! My Ma finds it very easy to use and store… it just gives her that extra confidence when we’re out and about, light enough to get in and out the car several times a day!! Glad to have found this wheeler 🥰

My car was picked up from the house by a polite knowledgeable driver. A text message was sent prior to arrival notifying me they were on their way.
My car was returned the next day. Again the driver was polite and gave me a demonstration of how the new adaptions worked.

Assist Mobility was recommended to me by a friend who had used them when she required a mobility aid. Checked their website, a good range of products with helpful descriptions. Rang and spoke with a very pleasant and knowledgeable member of their team. Discussed my needs and abilities and which rollator I was thinking of going for, and was advised it was a sensible choice. Order taken over the phone, delivered the following afternoon. Excellent service from Assist Mobility , and the rollator has improved my stability, balance and confidence no end.

The service was absolutely excellent. I requested a particular delivery company having had issues with others and Assist Mobility organised this without demur. I had also ordered an item which I hadn’t realised was already included in my purchase. It was spotted and immediately refunded. I can’t praise their customer service enough.

I had a query whether the weekend bag would fit the rollator I have recently purchased.
Assist Mobility returned my call with the answer and with that in mind I ordered the bag.
Super strong bag which will be very useful to me.
I cannot fault the attention given to me whenever I have rung them nor the speed in which they dispatch the item(s).

Brilliant, so light and stylish. Chose British Racing Green, might add a 'go fast' stripe !!

Easy to order and super fast delivery of my marvellous new stable but light enough to lift in the boot Overland rollator

At last I don’t have to worry about walking with a stick and being frightened to fall and always be in pain. I can’t believe how light and manageable my aid is, my friend was asking me to slow down!!!!

I ordered a rollator. They rang me to apologise that it was out of stock for 3 weeks, so I asked for a refund, which they agreed to at once. I later ordered 2 other items, after phoning to confirm they were in stock. They were delivered quickly. Easy company to deal with.

My rollator has opened up my life. Previously I was hesitant about going out unaccompanied in case I fell but now I’m happy to walk around alone. It’s easy to pick up and put in the boot of my car which is different to other brands.

The items purchest were what my wife needed.
They are very good and help her get around, much better.
