I ordered a bib mid-November as a Xmas present for my husband. Can you believe that I still did not receive my parcel? Although the quality of the ASSOS clothes is outstanding, the customer service is dreadful. No answer from Assos. I have been debited 140 Euro and got nothing. By far the best quality cycling…
By far the best quality cycling clothes. Client services are also excellent. Bought a pair of bib shorts and had an issue with the elastic at the legs;after I've sent some pictures they explained they had issues with that specific model and gave me a credit for the same amount I had paid.
Bad quality
I bought my first Cento in 2018. A very good long-distance pant. Unfortunately, the stitching broke after only 2 years (3000 km). Although Assos was not accommodating, I bought a new Cento. Exactly the same thing: after 2 years, the stitching broke again. Assos offered me a stitching service against invoice. I will never go into an Assos shop again.

I was delighted how Fabiano Comoretto helped solve an issue I was having with the transportation company in Ireland. It was ongoing for some time, and he sorted it out very quickly for me. Most importantly, the quality of Assos of Switzerland is incomparable to anything in the cycling marketplace. I can highly recommend them.

Absolutely appalling service for very very expensive clothes that are sometimes good but not always. Rubbish returns policy and dreadful customer care and communication. Never again. Appalling.
They keep up their end of the deal
I ordered the wrong size and I the day after I contacted them to ask for a return I had a UPS label to send it back. They also refunded the money in just a couple of days after receiving the return.
I must say they keep up their end of the deal.
Dissapointed in ye not having 3/4bibs for women yet you have them for men
I am a strong woman cyclist. I really cannot find a pair of Assos ladies3/4length cycling bibs. I have the winter bibs and they're amazing the padding for ladies is a just incredible. I have thick thighs and so don't like the short bibs, but please can you make the T. LaalaLai shorts a 3/4length as well, for women like me. Who fell too self conscious in shorts. You are the best brand and yet you are the only brand that do not do 3/4bibs for women.

No longer justifies the hype
Not surprised to see how many bad reviews there are here. I have invested thousands in Assos kit over the years, but since they have been bought out by private equity in 2015 they no longer care about looking after their customers. Despite all their hype about quality and "sponsor yourself", I have multiple pairs of shorts that have either worn out early or been damaged in crashes and the fact of the matter is they no longer stand behind their products. I recently had a crash and all my other items were replaced by Castelli and MET at a discount, but Assos refused to do anything to help. Same again with the two pairs of shorts I have that have prematurely worn through on the inside... I have had 3-4 rounds with their "customer service" team, and they haven't even offered as much as a small discount to replace. They genuinely would rather I replace these shorts with another Brand it seems. No wonder they have been losing so much market share.

I bought a really expensive jacket for my husband for Christmas and it was delivered on 20 November. I ordered early as i though it might take time getting from Switzerland. It was a surprise and I thought that if it didn't fit i could easily return. However when i put in a request for a bigger size just after Christmas they said as it was over the 30 day return period they wouldn't even exchange. Terrible customer service-don't buy from this company.

I have been cycling for over 10 years and none off my cycle shorts have had any issues like the ones I got from Assos these where the most expensive ever bought and used for less than a year and the fabric is piling 2 holes and it’s my saddles fault for causing abrasion while I am cycling. None off my other shorts show any piling like yours very disappointed in a Big Brand Assos
