If you want great tradesmen to do high standard work, then i would look no further, William and Ethan worked on a house i was refurbing, they done a full check right through, made a list of remedial work to be done, came back to sort the work out in no time, it is very rare these days that a company and a team, do the work professionally and are on time, when they say they will be. Ryan who books the job is so helpful too, i cant recommend these boys enough!

OHME Charger Connecting
Leon provided excellent service from arrival to time of departure, being very polite and courteous.
Nothing was too much trouble especially with the explanation of how to use the OHME charger, very patient.
The installation is very neat with an emphasis on fitting into the near surroundings.

EV home charger fit
I had the pleasure of Jason and Fred come out to fit my EV ohme charger today in Weston super mare . They were polite and very helpful with my questions and the service provided was clean, tidy, fast and efficient. I would 100% recommend this company for any job .

Leon from Assured Electrical Solutions was excellent
Leon was excellent. On his first visit he reviewed the safety of our electrics and described what work we needed undertaking and why, which made the decision to proceed easier. A future date for the required work was arranged easily.
Whilst undertaking the work, Leon was punctual, efficient and again showed the difference between our old consumer unit and the updated one as the work progressed. His work was extremely tidy, with his communication and explanations, whilst technical, easy to follow.
Company and Leon the electrician come highly recommended.

Swansea - Booked a commercial job to be done for…
Booked a commercial job to be done for our salon, initially was impressed by communication through whatsapp and was given our quote which we clarified what was included over whatsapp so we booked the job with Ryan.
Today however we had the electrician Ethan attend the property - he was very polite and tried to help us in every way he could. However notified us that one of the main components of the job - being the consumer board wasnt included in the price and would be a further £900, even though we had in writing the quote and myself clarifying in writing that the price included the consumer board.
Ryan was extremely rude, admitted it was his mistake but he wasnt willing to include this despite it was his mistake and wanted us to pay for this. Which is completely unacceptable as we only booked with yourselves based on the price given.
He was very condescending to my husband over the phone and didnt like that we were obviously angry with this as you can appreciate we have timescales and this work needed to be done on the booked date.
He then proceeded to blame me for not getting my electrical company to come on the same day to wire in their meter - which we were told can be done a different day. He then blamed national grid for not doing something there end, when we had it in writing that aslong as national grid did their job installing the 3 phase to tell them 'assured electrical' will take it from there.
The contractor they sent out was also appalled at the attitude Ryan was giving and had even offered to help us as much as he could, then Ryan pulled him off the job.
We are now left with delays in our renovations, our refund has been processed however we were informed could take upto 10 days - we are unable to instruct another company until we receive this which will result in loss of business due to the delays.
Overall not a pleasant experience and being blamed for numerous things when he admitted it was his fault, yet we have the communication in writing which ill happily post.
Wouldn't recommend and highly disappointed. We would've used your company for our multiple businesses across Wales, however definitely will not be doing so now.

During our discussions we acknowledged that there had been confusion around the scope of works and attempted to discuss possible options to move the job forward. Unfortunately, during the phone conversation your husband became extremely aggressive towards our staff, including the use of repeated swearing. As a company we do not allow our team to be spoken to in that manner.
Because of this, the decision was made to stop the work and issue a full refund for the job. This was done immediately from our side and the refund was processed back through the original payment method. As with most bank transactions, this can take several working days to appear depending on the banking provider.
We are pleased to hear that Ethan attended the property and conducted himself professionally while trying to assist on site, as we expect all of our engineers to do.
We always aim to resolve any misunderstandings calmly and professionally, but we also have a responsibility to protect our staff from abusive behaviour. For this reason the job was cancelled and refunded in full.
We wish you the best with the remainder of your renovation project.
