I arranged for an item to be collected after providing full details, and we agreed on a date with a rough timeframe of late afternoon. By 6pm, I still hadn’t heard anything. After chasing them up with a phone call, I was finally told they had changed their mind and could no longer do the job, offering a string of excuses.

To make matters more concerning, I was instructed to send payment to a different bank account in Greece rather than a UK account, which raised serious red flags.

Overall, a very frustrating experience. If you’re considering using this company, be aware of potential last-minute cancellations, questionable payment arrangements, and poor communication.

If I could give them -1 I would. They are scammers and should not be trading. The collected my house contents and life possessions from Greece. On arrival in the UK I paid £200 extra for them to store everything. One month later the storage facility was burnt to the ground along with all my possessions. It was in White Hart Lane London. He told me to complete an insurance form and I never heard from him again. At least £20k worth of furniture and possessions, without all the sentimental value lost. Myself and my children were deeply affected by this event which Asteras Transport took no responsibility for. Disgusting, unprofessional cowboys!

Really Bad Experience and I would never recommend this Company to anyone.
They take no responsibility on the number of items they have signed off to transfer, and they do not recognise their obligations.
Mr Takis, who is the “Boss” of this company and I doubt how they have managed to survive their business so far, shouts and hangs up the phone to their customers, and he is completely Unprofessional.
They lost two items from my transfer- all of the items was glass- I guess they were broken - and the cost of this loss was nearly €800.
They delivered the goods without writing the number of items. When I called to say that items are missing, Mr Takis said that they need to research it at customs and I need to wait. After two weeks, Takis said to me “ Don’t bother me again, I have never taken these items from you”.
When my goods arrived in UK, he called me to say “ All the goods arrived , 41 items and I need this amount of money”.
Bu the way, before my goods traveled from Greece to UK, I sent a detailed email of items along with their dimensions, after company’s request.
Bad experience…Away from this company.
Apart from this, an additional bad experience when my goods travelled from Larisa- my home town to Athens. The company which transferred my goods gave me an excellent service, but when this company arrived in Athens, and one hour later according to Takis, Takis shouted at the other guy who transferred my stuff and he told him “ go back to Larisa and come tomorrow morning at 8:00 o’clock”. Takis was just a joke.
I had to communicate between the two guys as Takis was shouting and not picking up the phone to the other guy, and sort out the situation and find a way for my goods that morning to be delivered to Takis company.
Bed Experience…Away…away…away from this company.
They want money…but they take no responsibility…

Excellent service. Staff very friendly. They got my luggages from my home to London and in one week was in Athens.

Luckily i didnt book my move with them, so unprofessional and rude beyond belief, i emailed for a quote, they email back for details, i send them the details and they reply "call us back" so i call back and he wants a full list of items weight and dimensions i told him that i dont have a way to weigh my furniture and his reply was "then why are you calling me???!!!" He was rude and aggresive... How am i supposed to weigh my double bed, my white goods etc...

Extremely unprofessional and bad management.The owner of the company requests more money after the first agreement while your stuff are in his van already. Most of the boxes arrive damaged and wet 10 or more days after the estimate delivery date. I've never experienced something similar before and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Great moving company. Our things were delivered in a few days after pick up from London to Athens. The customer service was excellent; very supportive and polite people. Also very cost effective ..

They were trying to deliver a parcel without any notice, nothing at all. While placing an order I mentioned to them that the office is closed and I need to know the date he will deliver the parcel.
The worst company I ever used....
Their Director Takis is extremely rude and unprofessional.
He was even shouting at my Director who is actually paying him....
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!
