Hair is very very very nice!
It didn’t take too long for the package to arrive. It came pre plucked and bleached like it said it would! The lace was really thin and very very easy to blend into my skin with a bit of foundation and powder which was amazing.
The only thing I wish for is that the hair was thicker. Luckily I had some extra hair left over from another wig that was the same length as this new wig I ordered so I just sewed it in. But other than that I love the hair, can’t wait to style it and wear it.
The only thing I will be looking for next is longevity, have a plan for this wig to be my every day a wig

I accidentally ordered the wrong unit with just one week to correct it before I left the country. I reached out to their customer service and they offered a seamless solution. I was sent a new invoice to pay the difference for the correct unit and given a shipping address to return my mistake. Within 5 days I had my new correct wig and it is absolutely beautiful! I’m so thankful their customer service representative was so responsive and helpful. 10/10 minus nothing ❤️

Ok so this is my 3rd wig with Asteria hair and let me tell you, I have never experienced such good customer service and such good hair. I learned about this company throw influencers on YouTube and I was a bit scared at first because sometimes the hair that the influencers receive is not the same that regular customers do. But honestly Asteria proved me wrong. Like I said this is my third time ordering, the hair has been soft and full EVERY SINGLE TIME. The lace is REAL HD lace and bleached, pre plucked. I also had special requests every time, which I was able to communicate throw WHATSAPP seamlessly, and the shipping is fast. I will definitely be ordering more. If you are on the fence about this company, this is your sign to go ahead and order!

I have ordered a 250% density 28 inch body wave wig which came with a 6 inch wig free. I laughed when I looked at that 6 inch wig anyway the 28 inch wig wig is not full. It looks more like 180% density I paid $447.00 after discount. I did not like the quality of the wig so I complained to the company to do an exchange/refund I just received it 11-15-2023 which was Wednesday. It now Thursday they to me to buy 1 bundle of hair to make the wig fuller. Heck Nawh!… I’m not trying to spend any more money. I told them today 11-16-3023 which is Thursday now they want me to take picture of every angle of the wig. That’s too much doing. I just got the wig all I did was take the wig out of the bag and put it back in the package and contact Asteria Hair. A very bad company to deal with. I have purchased 3 wigs from them. They have been different type of hair from curly, loose wavy, water wavy that I have purchased from them. Please chose 250% density for wavy, and deep wavy if you choose 250% density for curly hair it will be very big hair. Beware of body wavy and straight hair it’s really not that full @ 250% density.
They give you a hard time trying to do a return or exchange asking you to buy more bundles for the wig or why do you want a refund? It’s your money you should be able to do what you want if you don’t like something it wasn’t a customize wig. Lol

I was well satisfied when my product reached me i gave a 5star because it is great for the value of the price, affordable,and also looks real. I dipped a shade of my foundation just to make it look more realistic i also cut the tips to which gave me a bouncier and fooler look

I've been buying from Asteria Hair since 2020. Really no real issues..this company is EXCELLENT when it comes to communication, they were even willing to change things to make my experience better..i think I'm on my 4th wig from Asteria, i will definitely continue purchasing, the hair quality is nice, human, can be dyed, takes dye/bleach well, affordable, density is usually around 150%

Customer service was 10/10.. my wig was way too small, they processed my return with just some minor issues, however they did not ignore me . Communication was extremely great. The issue was resolved and I received my hair . Love the wig, hair is soft and very lightweight, some shedding but manageable .I am Having some issues with the lace when gluing it with lace melt spray but I think that’s my wrong doing .I will order from them again base of the wonderful customer service experience.

I have ordered from Asteria over a dozen times and each time they go above and beyond to ensure your hair is received in a timely manner and that you are satisfied. Most recent I ordered a V part wig but later realized the texture originally chosen was not my favorite. I notified Asteria following them reaching out to confirm my shipping address and to my delight they provided me with their stock list in their local warehouse and allowed me to swap my hair which I received within 2-3 days. Amazing people with good hair that actually care!

I Love everything about the products. No shedding, very little tangling, Lace is truly HD. After many disappointments with other wig dealers. I am so happy with Asteria Hair. I am now a permanent customer.
