Customer service was amazing and my kinky straight wig was perfect! I went through 2 companies and 3 wigs before landing here. I’m in love with my wig. It’s better than I could imagine. I was scared about the cap not turning out correctly, but I was sent videos from the warehouse of the cap. They did everything to ease my mind. Will definitely shop again!

Asteria hair has great customer service. They walk me through the whole process until my package was delivered. My curly wig was 200 density and it was just that! Very full very bouncy. lace melts into your skin. I will definitely be ordering again.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Esp if your from the UK..They only give the good hair to influencers. The curly hair sheds & tangles like CRAZY. I had to cut the wefts out because they were seriously matted & trust me I know how to handle curly hair. Nothing like described and the hair had brown & grey strands all over! This will not last more than a few weeks, says 1/2years with good care… bs! PayPal are no help either so don’t bother as Asteria tell them they have provided everything!

Phenomenal service!! I Purchased the wig, the wig was too big for me. I was able to send the wig back and get a size to fit my little head. The whole time customer service was with me and make sure I got what I needed. Thank you

the hair I received have been horrible. The wig cap is too small , the wig came with no clips , I had to add clips to the hair . It has a very strong odor from the time I opened the package.I want to return the hair and get my money back and the company keeps not responding to my emails. I’m very disappointed.

Let me tell you this wig is amazing, customer service is top tier, and the shipping was like 3 days. If you like to read reviews like I do you found a wonderful wig company.

I am so disappointed their hair is the worse hair. I contacted this company to tell them I bleached the hair and it all came out and their are holes in the closure. They said they cant refund me and gave me a £35.00 refund when I paid £400. The wig is unusable it is shredding soo much. I cant believe it is legal to sell this quality of wigs. It should illegal to sell these wigs. Please do not waste your money!!

Horrible company and customer service. My package wasn't delivered by FedEx but they stated it was. I filed a report with FedEx and the police and reported it to asteria. Despite paying for insurance and them having the insurance policy for refund laid out of the website they only offered me a 20% refund or the option of a lesser wig. Like what was the point of you taking insurance money. It's giving scam. Please beware

I bought a wig from asteriahair that was not delivered to me. When I look up tracking it says delivered somewhere else but they say it was delivered and sighned for,I even sent proof I wasn’t home n no one sighned for it because I live alone. DHL even took responsibility,well that’s what DHL Told me and I have been going back and forth with them with no results! They just keep saying check with neighbors and family 🤦🏽‍♀️ WTH

I bought my first week from Astreria hair here in May but Wig was very thin in the top and it was supposed to be 150%. You could see through the top of the wig, I needed to wear it For a function, so I did not have time to send it back. I colored the wig Auburn, I usually use and I noticed right away it started shedding, I sent pictures to the stereo and they asked me to show pictures of the hair show pictures of the color. Also sent a video of the hair shedding, at this point I paid quite a bit of money for this wig and I’m very very disappointed. I have been wearing for Lacewigs for over 15 years. I’m just not happy at this point, so I guess it’s just money that I lost because I doubt if they would replace this wig
