Warning About Aster Pharmacy’s Online…

Warning About Aster Pharmacy’s Online !!!!!!
I want to raise serious concerns about Aster Pharmacy’s online services. This is not the first time I’ve experienced issues, but it’s certainly the last straw. I placed an order through their app, and some items were unavailable. I received an email stating those items would be refunded within a maximum of 14 working days. That refund never happened.
I followed up via email,no response. Two months later, I had to call them myself, only to find out no refund had been processed at all.
Additionally, I returned other items that were picked up by their team, and once again, no refund was issued.
This behavior is unacceptable. Aster Pharmacy is misleading customers with promises of refunds they never intend to fulfill. If you’re ordering online, please double-check whether your refunds are actually being processed, especially when they say an item is unavailable. They send official emails assuring a refund—but in my experience, they never follow through.
This isn’t just bad service,it’s theft. Customers are being scammed out of their money. Proceed with caution if you choose to shop with Aster Pharmacy online.

Late express delivery

I ordered medicine around 1 PM for express delivery, which was supposed to arrive within 60 minutes. However, it didn’t arrive on time, so I decided to call them for an update because they don’t bother to inform you about the delay. The guy told me that the nearest pharmacy didn’t have my order in stock, so they had to get it from another pharmacy. He also had no idea when it would be delivered.

Since it was medicine and I really needed it, I decided to order from another pharmacy instead, and I received it after two hours.

Then, at 7:39 PM, I received a message from Jeebly saying my order was out for delivery. I expected it to arrive within an hour or two, but there was no sign of the delivery. Suddenly, at 12:30 AM—right in the middle of the night—the courier started calling me! I didn’t know whether to be happy that my order had finally arrived or to be mad about the loud intercom ringing that woke us up.

Because of this experience (my second time), I have decided not to use Aster Pharmacy online again, especially for emergency medication.

Very impressive…

Went to the store in Dubai at the mall

Went to the store in Dubai at the mall. Payed too much for the product! There was a different price on the product, but the computer told us a different price. Told the lady that she shoud sell it for the price that was on the product, but she wouldn’t give me my money back.. never buying there again as a tourist!

Very bad online store

Very bad online store . I order a lotion & paid by card . They didn’t deliver on time then I cancelled my order & request for money back but I didn’t get money back , no response. I called after 5 days & some one say I’ll get my money back after 7 days.now 24 days gone but still order in processing. Very bad online store of uae . Cheater business

Very poor online service.App saying something and call center says something and you get email telling no products available and will refund after week

It used to be good last years I used to order my supplements and skincare and I was a regular customer and recent experiences was not good at all. Even the call center is just so careless when responding. Recent experience was I ordered a hand cream and a conditioner and already paid online and said 60min delivery and I was waiting (I knew their 60min is scam but used to get the goods within the day in earlier) but this time the order never received and the system was still mentioning I will receive my goods on time. Then I called the call centre and they told order will receive next day and when I waited next day I am getting an email telling one product is not available and my partial refund will receive within a week and still I don’t receive any update regarding my other half of the order or even a call from them just to confirm or inform me about the update. How can I trust this service hereafter I will never order even the price is cheaper, now this is becoming a cheating app.

And also their Jeebly operations always my orders are going to Al Ain and again take days to get in to Abu Dhabi which is surprising when I have mentioned my address clearly.

very bad service

very bad service, last night i ordered bioderma gel mousant and the staff called me that the order was re routed to dubai , its not my first time to order and it happened like this , he cancelled the order and said the refund will come back to my account after 3o minutes but till now havent recieved.

Very Bad Service, Express 60minutes will be totally scam.
They will make you feel stupid.
Call center will not even helpful.
I will never use this app and never recommend.

Lier and Shame on your service delivery

Never ever order here .. if you need it urgently like 2hours it will not come. I order diaper in emergency for my baby since 2pm because not k owing we dont have stock now it is 8pm .. twice i call the call center .. suggestion cancel the orde and find a nearest aster and order. SHAME ON YOU!!! YOU KEEP MY BABY WAITING 5houers .. and mebtion that 60minutes will be deliver ..
Never ever orslder here specially if it is in a urgent needs for your baby!!!!
If it is med8cine maybe you will die waiting with this poor service!!!! Shame on yoh

They opened a new branch in Uttara

They opened a new branch in Uttara, Dhaka. As I live near by, thought of visiting them and by some medicine. Some of the employees are horrible. Do not use this pharmacy as they are not customer friendly. After we made a purchase, My wife badly needed to use the toilet - they did not keep our request. They are not friendly with woman too.

order cancelled without informing customer

the app was showing a 90 minutes delivery at the time of opening . when I purchased the product it went to standard delivery after 2 working days . so I waited till their expected delivery date and still the order was showing processing in the app. Upon calling the customer care they said they had cancelled the order , they are giving excuse that a I am unavailable when they called , actually I didn't received any call from them .

they are giving foolish excuse to the customer , In the app I have selected proper address , location and all is explained and it's paid.

I think they simply cancelled the order. it's a very bad attitude as we expecting a medical order from pharmacy and wasted 2 days .

Poor service

Poor service, they will mention the delivery within 2 hours, and once paid, no information is provided that it will take 2 days for delivery. A refund for your money will take 7-10 days. Will not order from Aster ever again.

Product delivery

I have purchased a product from aster online pharmacy express delivery yesterday (03/10/2024) at 9.45 pm as per their tracking within 90 minutes will deliver but today's 4th October 2024 ,8.40 pm till now i am not recieved the product

DIS(ASTER) PHARMACY

These people are cheaters. They promise 90 Mon delivery, which never happens. In addition, I ordered three bottles of medicine and paid for 3, but only received 2. The guys in the Call Center don't even know on which world they are, so after 15 min of debating, I just disconnected the phone. I will order the third bottle somewhere else and will pay extra. NEVER AGAN ASTER DISASTER PHARMACY!

I ordered three units of Novalac IT 1…

I ordered three units of Novalac IT 1 baby formula on August 6, 2024, and was shocked to see the delivery date set for August 10, despite your promise of 90-minute delivery. After calling customer service, I had to order one unit from a nearby Aster Pharmacy to cover my needs until the 10th.

However, on August 10, the delivery never arrived. I called several times and was told it might arrive by 10 PM, and if not, I would have to wait until August 12. This delay is unacceptable, especially for essential baby formula. To add to the frustration, I was informed that the refund would take seven working days.

This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I hope you will take steps to improve your service.

Ordered glucose test strips on 27th…

Ordered glucose test strips on 27th June 24 and today is 03rd of July and order has not arrived yet. Aster team did not have the courtesy to give me a call and explain that there is a delay in the shipment/delivery and the item is expiring in Nov 24 and if I am ok with it. Realized after couple of days that the team had emailed me with the same communication and even after my confirmation to proceed with the item the team still has not delivered the item. Such mismanagement and bad customer experience leads to such negative reviews. Over and above they have offered me Aed 50 as compensation for the delay which is not worth it for me not able to monitor by blood sugar for past 5 days.
