We came at 08:31 and had to wait until 15:00 for paid apartmant

We came to the location at 08:31 exactly and were told immediately after we got of the bus that our guide isnt here to welcome us and that she would be late cuz of the trafic, after that we got new info that she is at another hotel of whatever.After we came we realised that we were in the wrong hotel (owner has this hotel where they dropped us and an apartmant 400m away where we were meant to stay), and trough the very broken english we kinda understood.And than he said that we will need to wait until 2 or 3pm to check into our room....14 hours of travel, with limited food and water and no sleep, i am told that i need to wait 6h and 30 mins to get my apartmant on 1 of 10 paid days.Btw its 11:54 and no sign of the guide :)

Excellent !

Our tour was a great balance of travel and discover/walk. Our guide picked us and dropped us where it was convenient for us. He drove safely and did have a great knowledge. He was openminded and answered all our questions. We wanted to learn more from Sarajevo and the recent war. We did !
Really great experience.

Great travel agent

Nice and friendly staff. Very knowledgable about history and extremly helpful. We took a full day tour to Herzegovina. We enjoyed landscapes and wines in Nuic' factory. The whole trip was great. We plan to come back and explore B&H more with Astra Travel the next year. Good luck Astra Travel❤

I can say

I can say, this is one of the best travel agency's that i made use off. The kind people who work there, and are very helpful. And i went on a few tours across Bosnia, in Sarajevo in Mostar. The knowlegde they have off the history is astodinge. And the facts they have of almost everything you see is incredible. Thats why i rate 5 stars to astra travels, and i am already looking for booking a new holiday for next year.
