I travelled from astana to almaty and I found my baggage crashed! after report at the airport and several mails and forms filled nobody answered me for refund! a month and half already passed! Unacceptable

SCAT Airline, that was like a nightmare. They cancelled flight suddenly, only asked me to apply the refund. So I applied refund.
But never get their reply.
I had to extend my hotel reservation, because I had to wait to get next flight.
No reply, no compensation.
Why you could do your business like this way, that is not fair. Why I had to write a review like this, just let them know I am waiting their reply.
That is absolutely unfair.

I require your reply as soon as possible, and my money back at least for cancelled ticket.

They cancelled the first of the two flights I booked, just three days before the flight. I had no other choice but to book a new one in order not to lose the second one, and when I arrived in the transit airport I realized they cancelled my ticket, so I had to rebook a new ticket for the flight I already had one. Even the guy who had to book my new ticket talked badly about the company he worked for.
