Pixel Watch 2 strap.

I got a metal strap for my pixel watch 2. It is a really nice strap for the money, definitely better than paying £200 for the official Google metal strap. Delivery was fairly fast, within a week. Would use this company again.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES

I requested a refund for the strap that I have bought which I was not satisfied with. They did not response to your request for refunds instead offer a replacement at a flat fee which I am not interested at all. The customer services very poor in responding. I should have read the review of them which most people having the same issues of returning their items. I think is their delay tactic to avoid refunding peoples money!

Bought a gold coloured strap for my Apple Watch.
Perfect product, well made and good quality and not the normal shiny gold colour looks much more expensive and up market.

Poor quality Arceo braided strap

Bought a Arceo braided strap. It was way too narrow for use with an apple Ultra and the metal bit that fits into the watch body was loose. It’s a shame because I bought a strap a year ago and that one was ok. This new one was definitely not good. Be careful.

I have heard from the returns dept. I have to pay for sending the strap back to China or buy another replacement for $10. Look closely at the returns policy too.
