I had a custom bracelet made by Maia at the Hampstead store. The whole experience was really enjoyable and she was so friendly, helped me design my perfect bracelet and put it together beautifully. I couldn’t be happier and she was very attentive. Thank you :)

Kate pierced both my ear lobes today and the whole expensive was excellent. Extremely informative and a wonderful person. I would highly recommend.

I recently got my ear pierced at Astrid & Miyu in Kildare Village and had an amazing experience, especially thanks to Lisa, who did my piercing. She was , so friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose the perfect placement, and made sure I felt relaxed before starting.

The piercing itself was so quick and gentle. Lisa’s attention to detail and calm approach really stood out, and the whole process felt very hygienic and well-organised. The studio atmosphere was lovely too it’s clean, stylish, and welcoming.

Fantastic experience. Really nice piercer who explained the process clearly. Love the jewellery choice and I was able to call ahead to reserve my chosen pieces so I didn’t have to worry about them being sold out on the day. Lovely studio, very clean and professional. Definitely recommend!

My earrings are probably the nicest that I have ever owned! I bought the Crystal Cluster Huggies in gold, and have received so many compliments on them. As someone who has always struggled with high street plated jewelry making their piercings crusty and sore, these earrings have not done this at all and I have bean wearing them virtually every day for a few weeks now!

Emma was absolutely lovely and so helpful at HOAM near Carnaby Street! I came in looking for a pair of silver hoop earrings and she really listened to what I wanted. She took the time to advise me properly and helped me find a pair that I absolutely love, exactly what I was looking for. She also explained the rewards points programme really clearly and gave me great tips on how to make the most of it. Amazing customer service: friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Thank you Emma!

I visited the Newcastle store to get a permanent bracelet and Jodie provided the most amazing customer service. She was incredibly caring and took the genuine time to understand the special meaning behind the bracelet I chose, which made the experience so memorable.

On top of that, there was some misleading information on the website that caused a bit of confusion, but Jodie handled it flawlessly. She listened to my feedback and resolved the entire issue with absolutely no bother at all. She is an absolute asset to Astrid & Miyu- thank you so much, Jodie!

I recently went to Astrid and Miyu’s Neal Street studio to have my helix pierced. The lovely Bethan who did my piercing was wonderful. She was calm, professional and very kind - I was on my own (and nervous!) so I really relied on her input regarding placement etc and she put me entirely at ease. The whole appointment was so stress free it was great! Also they had a plethora of jewellery options for the piercing!

The Kings Road shop atmosphere is friendly, clean and welcoming. Their piercing service is excellent. Dobs is a superstar! So professional and gentle.

Great communication. Friendly and went above and beyond to resolve my query. Customer service as fantastic as their jeweles.

From when I arrived until I left I received a warm welcoming and professional service. The staff were helpful especially Amy and Anna. The piercing service area was spotless tidy and hospitable.

Alejandra Was so amazing. I thought my earring was broken but it was just the post being bent. She sent me a lovely, kind and detailed explanation of how to fix it with a video! So much effort and kindness was put into helping me and fixing the issue. She is truly so lovely. I felt very valued as a customer and would 1000% recommend her helping anyone with anything. Honestly cannot believe the length she went to to make sure I was happy and everything was explained in a very user friendly way.
