Received item took quite a while to arrive not seen any improvement yet however will continue and use up what I have not sure how long it’s supposed to take to see results .

ordered this amazing oil that would take my skin back
20 years - alas it actually made it dryer so I have
reverted by to the old faithful.
It does not do as it claims - a cheap copy all the way

I bought their advertised ‘scratch erase’ for use on minor scratches on my car.
I reiterate what others have said.
Their 100% guarantee of return if not fully satisfied is untrue.
How they can offer such diverse products, with obviously no expertise in any of them, I’m amazed they are allowed to continue to advertise.
Misrepresenting the product.
I also have taken my complaint to PayPal who are escalating my dispute.
I was first offered a 20% refund and to keep the product (advertised as a spray and arrived with a sponge not much bigger than a £2 coin!) then 30%, then 40%
I don’t want a useless product and I’m not prepared to pay the return postage to China and await confirmation of return before a full refund.
I hope others won’t trust the alleged complimentary satisfied customers.
I think they should be taken to task by the advertising standards commission.

Warning - beware buying anything from this company. Their products may be wrongly advertised and return policy does not clearly state you have to return goods to China at your own expense.
I received a completely different product to the spray on ScratchErase I saw advertised. I will be contacting trading standards.

WARNING!! Do not use this company they are completely 100% dishonest.
I have over 40 emails (to & from) them dating back to May this year. I placed an order with them & received an item that was not what I ordered. I sent the item back as requested, it was sealed & in original box. They told me to send it “Track & trace” which I did & I sent photos of the package & proof of payment for posting back to China! That cost me £18.95!
I did research & found that if I received the wrong item & it came from China I should not have to pay postage. Very long story short, I was told it’s not their policy. Yet in one of their emails from one of their employees Ian, he told me that my £18.95 had been paid to my bank on 10/6/25. It never was or has been. This is when it all came to light, fobbed off by lie after lie. What a way to run a company, 100% RIP OFF COMPANY. Nut shell, placed an order, sent an item not what I ordered, refuse to pay my postage. Unless you want the stress that I’ve gone through, do not order from this dishonest company.

I purchased the weight loss patches
These gad no patch in middle just like a white plaster no way to peel off the backing used fir whole month

False advertisement in regards to trimpatch product stated UK based and made totally wrong. Contacted them for a full refund, told to send product back or 20% refund. Looked at sending products back prices start from £12.00. Donot buy from this company false advertisement they should be reported and shut down.

SCAM. Do not order from this company. I ordered 5 bottles of Glow Essence magic body oil that cost me £70. The item I received looked and was packaged the same. The item I recieved is West Month Magic oil what I can buy from Amazon for £3.99 per bottle. Absolute scam

Sent a different product to what i ordered ,Cant understand the instructions ,all written in Chinese .Very dissapointed with the company.

I thought it was too good to be true and it seems I was proved right. The tube was a reasonable size but not full, so little actual cream. Followed the instructions but there has been no improvement in my nocturia, so still wearing pads at night even after using most of the cream

I received the order without delay. I have just started using it so no results to report as yet but very hopeful.

Total waste of money. they will sell you products and the price will be hyper inflated. the goods are absolutely useless for what they are supposedly intended for Beware. Customer services are charming but solves nothing. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Their advert is misleading and wrong. They show a spray being used but send a cream to be rubbed on. And the scratches remain. Their customer service people are friendly and charming, but do nothing to help. They just say that products vary. It’s a con!

Sent a load of what is essentially plasters that smell of clove. When I emailed to ask why the product is so very different to the advert, I was told that the product had recently been ‘changed’ and improved. Waste of money. False advertising at its best

Scam company, do not believe the reviews. Recieved 2 x scratch erase, it does NOT work. Best described as a light polish and the company refused a refund, saying “expectations might vary”. Do not waste your money

I want to warn others about my very disappointing experience with Astrid Pedersen (astridpedersen.com). I purchased several of their products, including car accessories, weight loss items, and skin tightening products, and none of them worked as advertised.

The car products were completely ineffective and felt like cheap knock-offs. The weight loss products made bold claims but delivered absolutely no results, and the skin tightening items were just as useless – no visible improvement, just empty promises.

It’s clear that the marketing is highly misleading, and I suspect many of these products are fake or extremely poor quality. I feel like I’ve wasted my money and been misled by a brand that does not live up to any of its claims.

I would strongly advise others to stay away from Astrid Pedersen. Save your money and avoid the disappointment.
